I had a positive experience with Orchard Reality. These real estate agents were honest and professional. Everything was explained up front. My realtor seemed sincerely interested in finding me the perfect apartment. I have to give her credit because I was a little picky. We looked for 2 days. Saw some very nice rentals before I chose the right one. I previously went through a real estate who just sold me a list and that was a rip off. My mistake. But these ladies did a good job and we even had a few laughs along the way.
Terrible service. literally just had a house fire. Spoke with Patrice over the phone for a home rental viewing and she gives address to office not even the home. I explain our situation and tell her we understand there are fees and we had the 1.5 sec. 1 month rent. And 1 month realty fee in a separate fund that was available for us to move immediately but because of the fire i didnt have the application fee of $50. She looked me in the eye as well as my roommate and said "well sorry to hear that, if things change come and see me." I get that you make money off of these fees but $50 can be waived or atleast held off and that wasnt an option and youre already getting a 1500+ for the realty fee. Some people are just too concerned about a penny
I rented two apartments through this agency in the past six years. They have the best apartments. And I will use them again if need be. Orchard realty has professional agents and very excellent customer service.
Orchard Realty was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for an apartment. They are very connected with the community, and know many of the landlords personally, which made me very comfortable. There is a $50 fee to go see the apartments, but $25 goes towards your broker fee once you find an apartment. To me, their experience, connections, and friendliness was well worth the money.
