School had already started for my child and I was waiting on school uniforms to arrive, but it never came. I then called KFL on 2 different occasions about my package and they assured me someone would be returning my call. No one got back to me. I sent an email explaining my situation. Still no response. I later called a third time and they connected me to the supervisor. The supervisor connected me on three way call to UPS and they said they had lost the tracking number. She explained that the package was sent back to the store, but I was not buying it. I believe it never left the store. I told them to please expedite the delivery. Due to labor day it will finally be arriving today after 3 weeks. I am very upset at the kind of care this store took to resolve this matter. There was no apology and was completely disappointed that I received poor customer service. Very frustrating experience and expected more when ordering private school uniforms. Please beware when you order from here.
