I recently went to Lowes and Home Depot looking for a snowblower. They didn't have any to show me just some in boxes on the shelves. I did a little research and went to Jersey Power Equipment. The guy John showed me all the snowblowers they had and explained all the different features. I bought a Ariens 28 Deluxe SHO. I am so glad I went there from beginning to the delivery they were 1st class. Five star in my book I will definitely be buying more things from them and will recommend to all my family and friends.

I have brought so many people to jersey power equipment. they have help me and my friends in anyway there prices are right and they have the best sales. the are respectful and honest if there something they cant fix they call me up and tell and they guide me in any way i can. if i need a new machine they hook me up with the best sales. Pam and Richard are great people.
While reading all these negative comments - i concluded that my experience with them is true. This was my bad experience - i brought my 1 year old snow blower - and informed them that the auger belt was broken. He told me that i need to pay for initial $50 downpayment - and it will take them 3 weeks to repair it. Then - he gave me a rough estimate that the expense will range between 200 to 300 dollars. Wow - i said - i would rather buy a new snow blower. As i am already disappointed - i purchased the belt - my brother who is a mechanic was able to repair it for 45 minutes.Jersey Power Inc - 3 weeks to repair? Is this just to justify to charge me between $200 to $300 dollars?
Fixed my mower fine and in less time than they said. The problem was the price. Guy who wrote me up (John?) said they would go between $150-175 then call me if it was more. Got a call saying the mower was done and the total was $217. No call, no warning no chance to say don't fix it. Shady way to do business. I'll go somewhere else next time.
the guy in the parts department (looks late 20's early 30's)was really rude. I was in desperate Need for a walker Chute belt. being only 3 available balance he still wanted a model number. I also had the old broken belt. He said I will be charged a 40% restocking fee I said I don't mind paying the $40 restocking fee. He then again said I still need the model number or I can't help you. What a way to run a business knowing that I was in desperate need I will never go there again.
Warning: Very nice people but kept my $25,000 machine rusting in the rain and dulling in the sun for over a year until I had to go there with a trailer and pick it up myself - when I showed up after a year of it sitting there they pointed to a black board snd told me they had parts on order! After a year! They never apologized, just blamed each other and spoke of a mystery problem that was very difficult to fix. I brought the machine directly to another repair shop and within 2 days it was running perfect and has ran perfect since! I feel bad blasting them but given the fact that the machine was perfect after a very minor repair they really did me wrong and others should be aware! Sorry Rich and Pam but after 35 hours of flawless operation since your mystery fuel system problem and large repair bills I am more and more angry every time I think about it. Hope you don't send someone to pee in my fuel tank for telling the truth!
