My car insurance premium increased so I starting shopping for a lower rate. I went into Stan Parks office, and he was so helpful. Not only did he obtain car insurance for me at a significantly lower rate, but he explained everything in detail to me. He made sure that I understood everything before leaving his office and advised me to contact him if any other questions arose. Mr. Park and his staff were a pleasure to deal with. They have that "Mom & Pop" business feel to them, and in a time when every business you call directs you to an automated computer, Mr. Parks is a breath of fresh air.

I am one who obtains insurance myself, by calling insurance companies for quotes. My mistake was doing business with Mr. Parks. I purchased insurance with Mr. Parks to find out that my policy was not active immediatly. I confronted him and asked why my policy was not active yet and he keep insisting that it was and would not explain himself. He told me to leave and he keep my money. I called the insurance company on the binder that he supplied and they stated that my insurnace was not active. Seven days later, my insurance was active and I was able to drive. Mr. Parks is an irrational man who just wants your money. Beware, if you are looking for your insurance to be active immediatly do not go here. The office is dirty, the peole are dirty and the service is extremly disatisfying.
