We could not have asked for a better experience. We started out looking at some used travel trailers, but couldn’t find one that was right for us. Everyone we met at the office was nice and willing to help with anything they could. Jack was great in guiding us through the process without being pushy or making us feel rushed. He listened to what our wants and needs were and showed us a new 2022 Forest River Alpha Wolf that would fit our family’s needs for now and the future. My wife loved it. (Happy wife, happy life) John was great. He was able to get us approved at payments and terms we were comfortable with. He was detailed, up front, and informative through the entire finance process and with the extended warranties. Dragon gave us a great walkthrough of our camper and showed us the ins and outs of operating it and all of its features. He was nice and answered any questions we had. Tamara was nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. She walked us through getting set up with everything we would need to successfully operate our new camper. Matt installed the new weight dispersion hitch on the camper and the trailer brake system on my truck. He was very informative and professional. His work on the camper and truck looked great. We were so excited about the new camper we left the dealership, loaded up at home and went camping for the weekend. Thank you all for helping us make memories for years to come!!

Brian our salesman was so helpful and always available. Even checked on us on the way home to make sure everything was good. John our finance guy was so helpful. He even gave us a lead a new insurance and we were able to combine our autos and the RV with better coverage and it ended up being less for all three than just the autos!!!! Yay and yay! Great service. We are so happy with our dream RV❤️

This afternoon heading home from the lake our boat trailer blew a tire on the highway. We managed to get off the highway to an off ramp that happened to be right by Kunes RV. We waited over 2 hours for roadside assistance to no avail. We then decide to walk almost a mile to Kunes RV to ask if they had the tools we needed. John at Kunes RV not only found the tools we needed, but gave us a ride back to our truck.. waited for us to get the tire changed before going back. They didnt have to help us at all but not only did they help, they went above and beyond to help us out. If we are ever in the market for an RV we know exactly where to go and who to recommend. We would likely still be sitting there without their help. Appreciate Kunes RV and John!

What a great experience with the people at Kunes RB Sheboygan North! I found a great travel trailer for my family at a good price. Erika the salesperson walked me through the process, John in finance got me a great rate at the term I wanted. They were up-front about everything. Everyone was helpful from the parts department to the techs in the back. I had traveled a fair distance to see the trailer and they had it ready to go for me the next day so I could take it home with me. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a Travel Trailer or RV. Can't wait to take this out on our first trip!

Was looking for a specific camper. Took us about 3 months to find it. Was great working with Ericka! She was patient and didn't stop looking till she found exactly what we wanted! Love our new to us camper!

I had some concerns about the black tank flush as we left Long Lake campground so I called. Matt listened patiently as I explained my confusion. He offered to have our unit picked up. When I mentioned that I'd be happy to drive up to Cleveland he said they'd check out my unit as soon as we arrived. When we arrived, Matt and his daughter Heather (?) took care of us immediately, explaining carefully how the system works. I am completely satisfied with the care we got from the time we made the call (the lady who answered the phone immediately began trying to help us) to the time we drove off their lot. I was completely satisfied with the service I received at Kunes Sheboygan North (in Cleveland, WI). Update: We discovered a leak in a window on our 2021 Jayco White Hawk 26rk. I called service manager Drew and he managed to schedule us for the following week just before our next camping trip. I dropped the unit on a Tuesday and picked it up the following Thursday. The window and a couple other minor issues were addressed. Drew was very personable and comfortable to deal with. I am completely satisfied with the service that I have received at Kunes Sheboygan North.

Our camper was recently serviced at this dealer the work was done quickly and appears it is done really well. I cannot express my change in attitude enough of this store. Our experience did not start off on the right foot I would say but they came through in a big way. Thanks again for the quality work!

Very friendly service. NO PRESSURE sales people. Brian was very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of the fact that we are just starting to look for what we would want in a camper. He offered many suggestions, offered ideas and how to keep informed.
