I bought a couch with 2 built in recliners. The couch was set up and delivered on time however the delivery person set up and failed to check the set up. Once I came home and sat on my end the recliner on the couch rubbed and was hard to close and had an obvious separation from the test of the couch. I called and it took 2 weeks just to get someone out to look at the couch then they had to order a part that took another 5 weeks to get and get the person to place it. I never complained although I was paying for a couch that did not function for the first 2 months. The part I am most disappointed in is i did 6 months same as cash. My father passed unexpectedly and once I returned I mailed my final payment but because it was processed one day late they want to charge me over 60 dollars because of interest. I understand my agreement but when the manager tells me it isn't his fault my dad died and I need to read my agreement. That is the most cruel and rude response. I did not complain when for 2 months my couch was broken. I WILL never use this company again. On top of all this I also did not complain when I brought home the approval letter of my financing to realize they had ran someone else's credit and gave me there personal information. Beware of this company. I am building and plan to furnish our new house and will use another company in the future.

I was looking for a swivel rocking chair. Babcock was the only place I found one. I was excited to get it on clearance sale. Got it home and within the first month noticed it was sitting funny. So I flipped it over to find that the Woodgate that the swivel was attached to was breaking.
