All American worked on my commercial freezer for almost 40 days. They changed the compressor twice, the defrost timer twice and replaced the condenser fan motor. They never made the unit freeze. They were paid $1700.00 but refuse to refund my money. They are poor at diagnosis. They simply swap parts. Recommend you use some other company for your repairs.

This honestly has to be one of the most regretful job offers I have ever accepted. The training in the classroom is very quick, I did not have a problem there. You could have your hand in the air for ten minutes before you were answered. The computers freeze. By the time you get back on screen everyone is ten steps ahead of you. Not to mention having a family emergency where I had to leave. I never received a call back. Until day 3. I was told no messages were received by me. Clearly this was inncorrect. Upon being hired every call I made had a return call from randstad. When it came to pay... I tried to activate my card. No such occurrence. It took me all day to reach someone, who apologized and told me I would receive a paper check in the mail? Then apologized and told me they do not handle payroll in tennessee. This makes for a tough situation when you have children and a disabled husband. It literally took over 30 phone calls to get an answer. I believe this is poor service. Whether it be customer service or employment service. Whirlpool prides themselves on taking care of their employees. Whether you are converted or not... It should still be equal. I do plan on taking this to a higher level. Put yourself in an employees spot... Would you go without pay for an additional week because someone did not accurately complete your paperwork? Never buy a Maytag dishwasher. That old commercial about the Maytag repairman being the loneliest man in town IS NOT TRUE. Here is the story of my Maytag MDB-4. By the way, same model ending with different letters at the end of the serial number were recalled due to fire hazard. It was purchased from Home Depot March of 2003 delivered and installed by them. It did not work. Home Depot would not take it back and Maytag would not replace it. So they fixed it and what we ended up with, and the best they would offer us, was an extended warranty. Labor Warranty expired 3/19/2009 Parts warranty expired 3/19/2010. Today is 1/14/13. The dishwasher has again broke down, for the same problem, for the 7th time since it's delivery on 3/19/2003. It broke down just before the warranties expired in 2010 which made the 5th time on Maytag's dime, but then it broke down again in March 2011, taking $263.98 out of our pocket and took 4 visits from A & E Factory Service to fix. AND NOW, less than 2 years later it has broke down again. Are the Whirlpool/Maytag/JennAire/KitchenAid and the other companies under their umbrella under the impression that people can afford to put out almost $300.00 ever few years to service the crap they are importing cheap so the greedy bastards running the company and stockholders can put more money into their pockets. We should boycott all the crap being sold under the Whirlpool family of appliances.
