Every time I walk into this place there is a woman behind the sales counter. She is always busy, never...NEVER acknowledges that I am even there (i.e. "Hello! I will be right with you.") She completes whatever she is doing, without even an "I see you" look. I should be a valued customer and treated as such. Not asking for a whole lot here, just to know that I exist! THEN...she asks me what I want...I tell her I am looking for a windshield...then she asks...for what kind of bike? I tell her thinking she is going to help me pick one out....no! She refers me to the parts department...why did you need to know what kind of bike I have if you were not even going to help. You should have just said that I needed the parts dept. You are a Yamaha Dealer, but I can buy a windshield for ANY bike at your dealership. ANY BIKE! The pics are what I ride! And I need a windshield for all 3!
DO NOT use the service department or parts. They are slow to get parts and fix issue. I have now had 2 bad experiences with them. I WILL NOT use them again. I DO NOT recommend them. They give you the run around. They don't know when parts will come in. They say your car will be ready then 2 weeks later it still isnt, or they say it is ready and you go pick it up and it won't start. Management does nothing to try to help solve the issue.

I have taken my vehicle in 3x for a banging noise and 27 point inspection and dealer could not repair banging noise and took 3x to change my oil under warranty.Still have issues, emailed and called 5x and dealer did not call back. Very poor service and very poor communication call back, worst experience with a dealership. Don't waste your time!
Hats off to Terry ( Sales Manager) and Josh Bowers for going out of their way to accommodate the purchase of our new 2014 vehicle. Their professionalism and patience allowed our deal to go as smooth as possible. My husband states Crown Dodge of Cleveland has the best service department he has ever dealt with. I would highly recommend anyone to use this dealership. Very satisfied customer :)
Made two visits to the dealership and left both times disgusted. Made a big noise and management heard me. Dropped everything else and fixed my problem correctly. Was totally put out a first but all ended well.
