My husband & I have been using Endo and the Medicine Shoppe since the day they opened. He and his staff have always been professional and curtious to us. I have a chronic illness and have had to deal with many medical professionals and I'd rather deal with Endo than any of the doctors I sees. He takes time to answer my endless questions. He's always polite and has a good sense of humor. I do not understand the negative reviews on here. I've spent time in the pharmacy while getting my prescriptions filled and always observed his staff being extremely curtious and helpful to all customers. I can assure you it is much better service than you will get at any big chain pharmacy.
I don't use this pharmacy, but I had a question about medication, and they told me to ask a target employee?! Like a target employee, would no about medication? It was the woman with a bob haircut, brown with blonde streaks in it, so I didn't buy the medicine, bc I didn't know which one to get. Then I proceeded to the pharmacy to check out one item, and asked politely if they would mind checking me out, because that is also a part of their job, and she was standing in the back on her phone and said it will be a WHILE , so I had to go up front and wait in line with my one item. She was very rude, I believe she was just a pharmacy assistant, bc the other woman was very nice and helpful. I will find out her name and complain to target soon. ����
The pharmacy at this location goes above and beyond for their customers. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help. They have helped me on more than one occasion with prescription questions. I'm very thankful for their level of care.
I had an interview tonight and had an emergency that I had to take care of the pharmacist was extremely rude and said he would not reschedule and then at 7 I get an email from the manager saying I got here to set up your interview it would've been nice to know you wasn't going to show up here is my reply to the email "I called the pharmacist at 5:57 to let him know my dogs got into a fight and it was bad and an emergency and that I had to take both of them to the vet. Asked to reschedule for that Saturday that was offered and he said no I can't reschedule you so good luck finding a job, which he said rudely. Now you email me this... I've been a store manager before and I've also worked where there was a pharmacy. I'm sorry but I think it should have been his job to tell you since I did call and I did state it was an emergency. I was dealing with my bleeding dogs which are like my children and did not have time to call, get talked to rudely, threw away my reschedule without even giving me a chance, and email you about the fact of what happened. Maybe if I would've emailed you you could've rescheduled me but after the way he was and this unprofessional email from you, I'll take my chances somewhere else on getting a job because if this is the way you both act without even meeting you over an emergency situation I HAD to deal with, you couldn't get me to work for you. Thank you though, I'm going to be sure to let the people I know that uses that pharmacy and also my best friend who is a pharmacist in Chattanooga about this situation. Reviews on all of the job pages and business pages with screenshots of the email won't hurt either. Good luck keeping the one you hire! Have a nice day! "I didn't ever get to speak to the manager on the phone anyways and everyone I called she wasn't there so I bet it really did make her upset to have t come in to her job.
The pharmacist is a sociopath (defined as: a person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience). He verbally assaulted me when I innocently questioned something I was confused about. When I spoke out about this to the community - it turns out that he is KNOWN for this sort of behavior! I was shocked. I have given him my business for over 20 years and he managed to present himself as a socially normal person. But when his button is touched, he absolutely loses it! Definitely do not recommend.
Expect long wait times and poor customer service. I was literally told "it will be ready when ours ready after waiting 45 minutes for a prescription that had been called in
