We are from out of town and we were visiting our son in Cleveland. Got up this morning to leave and noticed oil running out from under our 2015 Chrysler T & C. My son suggested going down to wher he has his oil changed and other things taken care of on his truck and van. I am 73 yrs old and never been to an oil change business before. I have always taken care of doing most of my own work on my vehicles since I was (17) years old. I had changed my oil and filter before making the trip. When I checked the oil it looked to be about (3) qts low. I knew something was bad wrong. I had never own a vehicle before that the oil filter was on top of the engine. When I got to Express Oil I explain my problem and was able to pull right in. The problem was I had not tightened down the filter cap tight enough and the oil seal was allowing oil to come out.Chris Kurnat couldn’t have been nicer. He tighten the cap and clean the excess oil off the engine plus add (3) qts to my vehicle. He was very quick in doing all that was necessary to get me back on the road.When I went to pay he said no charge. Customer Service can make and break a business. They went way beyond what I would have ever expected. I plan on my next schedule oil change let Express Oil on Mouse Creek Rd handle it. I will time it when I would normally do it myself. We are in Cleveland at lest once a month.Again thanks
Fast, friendly, professional tech (Tommy) helped me, and he was great. I was in and out quickly, and it wasn't too pricey for such a fast oil change. Another worker there, Cody, was loud, rude to his coworkers, and profoundly rude that my 18-month-old was crying because of car horns honking. When his coworker told him to stop honking the horn, Cody went to far as to say, "I'm not sorry. You came to an oil change place, I don't care who I scare." Sure, babies cry at loud noises, that's life--but why be so rude? Everyone else was super professional and polite. I will come here again, hopefully when Cody has a day off.
I have done business here since 2014. Always helpful and polite. Today though, they went above and beyond their usual awesome customer service. They actually sent someone to my house (close by) to jump start my car so I could go purchase a new battery. Such awesome people. Always willing to help out when they can. Sure they may be more expensive, but I have grown to greatly dislike going other places to have my oil done. Only tolerated the Toyota dealership and the two hours it took to change oil because it was a free service for a time. The staff at this Express Oil Change are friendly, knowledgeable, and aren't there to rip you off. If you don't need a new air or cabin filter, they're not going to push it on you and will honestly let you know when it's time for a replacement. We take all of our cars here and I would recommend them to anyone.
