We were impressed with Hometown Autos sales no hassle and friendly manner when we stopped to look at a car on the lot. Brian Webb our salesperson made us feel right at home with none of the high pressure sales pitches and was very informative and patient with all our questions and we ended up leaving with a beautiful cherry red 3.8 Ford Mustang! We felt like our customer service was exactly that,excellent service to us as the customer.
Every time I walk into this place there is a woman behind the sales counter. She is always busy, never...NEVER acknowledges that I am even there (i.e. "Hello! I will be right with you.") She completes whatever she is doing, without even an "I see you" look. I should be a valued customer and treated as such. Not asking for a whole lot here, just to know that I exist! THEN...she asks me what I want...I tell her I am looking for a windshield...then she asks...for what kind of bike? I tell her thinking she is going to help me pick one out....no! She refers me to the parts department...why did you need to know what kind of bike I have if you were not even going to help. You should have just said that I needed the parts dept. You are a Yamaha Dealer, but I can buy a windshield for ANY bike at your dealership. ANY BIKE! The pics are what I ride! And I need a windshield for all 3!
DO NOT use the service department or parts. They are slow to get parts and fix issue. I have now had 2 bad experiences with them. I WILL NOT use them again. I DO NOT recommend them. They give you the run around. They don't know when parts will come in. They say your car will be ready then 2 weeks later it still isnt, or they say it is ready and you go pick it up and it won't start. Management does nothing to try to help solve the issue.

Larry Hill Imports sold me a wrecked car. When I bought the car they said clean car fax, no accidents. The two dealerships that I took it to could tell at a glance that it had been wrecked. The way I found out that it was wrecked a part went out. The front end collision had been so bad that it had bent the battery current sensor, which is located by the battery. The bumper paint is bubbling and the grill was not put on properly. Buyer Beware!

It was time to upgrade our car 2003 Ford Escape. My husband and I are in process of getting our credit better. Our current car was financed through Easy Auto. We were definitely ready for an upgrade. We were very worried and didn't know which way this process would go. We went to Easy Auto and spoke to Zach Cross, he was very nice, polite and had our best interest in mind. He wasn't just trying to "sell us a car". Zach took the time to make sure we picked out the perfect car for our lifestyle and even kept our "wants" in mind. He never pushed us toward money for him or anything. We had a budget of our car payment could be and he kept it there! He was very patient with my pickiness and I had over 1,000 questions! We even test drove over 6 cars. When we thought we had made a decision, they left us keep overnight to make sure it would fit what we wanted/needed. We upgraded our current car for a car 7 YEARS NEWER! We now have a 2010 Ford Escape with all of the bells and whistles, without loosing our cargo space! We are super excited and happy! We will continue to go to Zack for ourselves and anyone that is in the market for a new/used car! We left feeling happy with our decision and nothing but happy with the service! Zach is the bomb!
