It was time to upgrade our car 2003 Ford Escape. My husband and I are in process of getting our credit better. Our current car was financed through Easy Auto. We were definitely ready for an upgrade. We were very worried and didn't know which way this process would go. We went to Easy Auto and spoke to Zach Cross, he was very nice, polite and had our best interest in mind. He wasn't just trying to "sell us a car". Zach took the time to make sure we picked out the perfect car for our lifestyle and even kept our "wants" in mind. He never pushed us toward money for him or anything. We had a budget of our car payment could be and he kept it there! He was very patient with my pickiness and I had over 1,000 questions! We even test drove over 6 cars. When we thought we had made a decision, they left us keep overnight to make sure it would fit what we wanted/needed. We upgraded our current car for a car 7 YEARS NEWER! We now have a 2010 Ford Escape with all of the bells and whistles, without loosing our cargo space! We are super excited and happy! We will continue to go to Zack for ourselves and anyone that is in the market for a new/used car! We left feeling happy with our decision and nothing but happy with the service! Zach is the bomb!

This car buying experience was by far the best I have EVER experienced... Not only did I feel welcome when I arrived, but I didn't feel like I was being fought over for the commision or judged based on my appearances. I researched online and found the car I wanted and was promptly show it and was able to drive it. When it came to the price, it was definitely unbeatable!!! I couldn't believe how much car I got for the money and how little car I got elsewhere. When it came down to the application however, my salesman took much longer than expected to complete it and seemed very unorganized. On the bright side, he was able to get the car I wanted and the car note was in my budget. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and am thoroughly satisfied with the maintenance and service plans avaible to me with this purchase. Worst experience of my life! Sold my husband a lemon and refused to assist. When we had to choose between the car payment and the radiator (which they REFUSED to help with even though their lemon left my two children and I stranded on the interstate) they waited until we replaced the radiator and repossessed it. They are not honest, not helpful, and only care about your money. I would give them 0 stars if possible but hope to save someone the hassle of purchasing a lemon from these people. All those I know who got a car here have had to trade or scrap their cars. Avoid at all costs!
I would not have purchased this car if Wayne Sorrels had not been my salesman. He did an outstanding job of sticking with me through the whole process and attending to my questions and needs.He even followed up with a post card in the mail the next day after I told him we would not be buying because of a miss leading mailer Larry Hill Ford had sent out. Additionally, he talked to the sales staff, in detail, to express my feelings about the mailer. Coincidentally, I had expressed the same feelings after I got home to Larry Hill, via e-mail.
Adam Green was our salesman. He was very friendly and helped us find the exact vehicle we were looking for. He explained all about the truck and then took us on a test drive. He took truck up and down hills and explained how the transmission worked in those conditions. Then he went over all the extras to make sure we knew what they were and how they worked. We will definitely tell our friends to see Adam Green when they are looking for a new or used auto.
Hats off to Terry ( Sales Manager) and Josh Bowers for going out of their way to accommodate the purchase of our new 2014 vehicle. Their professionalism and patience allowed our deal to go as smooth as possible. My husband states Crown Dodge of Cleveland has the best service department he has ever dealt with. I would highly recommend anyone to use this dealership. Very satisfied customer :)
Prices were good. Sells men were friendly. Love our cars. We did buy 2 cars that day, took 6.5 hrs partly b/c of others in front of us waiting for F&I. My disappointment was customer hospitality-never offered a bottle of water or a cup of coffee. And then no LHF key rings. Guess I will keep my extra keys on my Honda ring. I would just like to see a little extra customer hospitality.
Our salesman was nice... But the finance guy was extremely pushy. We felt like he was using God and religion in a fake way to try and connect with us. We kept telling him we did not want or need an extended warranty but he would not stop. He was over the top and left us with a bad opinion of Larry hill ford. The prices are great and the other staff member was nice (the salesman)

Shane Gay, the salesman that helped us, went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect car for our family and budget. Purchased a warrenty for my Edge. I came to you because Belinda Powell recommending you. The gentleman was awesome, accent and all, considering my southern accent we understood each other. He took the time to answer all my questions. I didnt feel rushed or pressured. You have 2 great employees. They are keepers!
