Very Poor customer service. I was interested in an item & the staff peels off the price sticker because she felt that shouldn't be the right price. She goes to get a higher price sticker. They refused to sale the item for the lowest ticketed price. Disappointed in this supposed religious based organization, they refused to do the right thing.
It took me almost 50 days just to get my w2...I actually had to inquire at least 10 times by phone, including a 60 mile trip to their office. The menagment is totaly unprofessional, as are most of the employees...I had to update my address 3 times to 3 diff people there for 45 days just to get my w2...after leaving 10 unanswered messages. Finally after threatening to sue them through the IRS form 3949-A I was immediately put in through to some manager Mark or Marcus who even hanged up on me after promising to send me my w2.Which he did. After 50 days!I rate this company 1 out of 10.-1
they suck, high priced for items they got free
This place was great for picking up little accents and things for my apartment. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful when it came to my purchase and even wrapped our glass table tops in blankets to take home. They do get pricey for a used furniture store though. I guess its all in how you thrift. They do not sell standard metal bed frames however. You have to buy the mattress set to get frame which can range from a couple hundred dollars to almost eight hundred.
the worst thrift store I have been to. Asked for a $1 discount so my son could buy a toy as I did not have quite enough change, they flatly refused resulting in my son leaving the store in tears. Have donated many items in the past that are worth a lot more than $1.
Theirs a few good women! Thanks guys:))
For many years, a great family institution in Parma.
