My wife and I hired CTS four our wedding transportation. At the end of the night while I was settling payments with my other vendors the last shuttle of the night left my wife, her family, and myself stranded at the venue.My brother was even on the shuttle and tried to explain the situation, but the driver could have cared less.I did receive a follow-up call from management offering me $100 whole dollars off me bill. Was just about enough to cover the multiple Uber’s I had to purchase to get everyone home safely.I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
I work at a doctors office, and had to call and schedule a return pick up for a patient. The gentleman that answered the phone was so rude, and their wait time was well over 90 min. I understand there are a lot of people that require services, and nothing is snap your fingers at your service, but if you're going to be slow at pick up/ drop off times, you can at least be courteous to your customers. Absolutely ridiculous! If customer service is not what you excel at, then you probably shouldn't work with the public!
We have been using Mike for more than 2 years since we make frequent trips out of town and airport parking can be difficult. Cost is reasonable and he is always on time and makes heading out of town much easier for us. I'm happy to recommend Mike and his company.
Waited over 3 hours to transfer patient to another hospital. This is unacceptable. I wonder if these ambulance services have to undergo state inspections
Mike is our "go to" driver, whether we're heading out for a night on the town, or need transportation to/from the airport with our 3 young children. He provides safe and reliable service in his roomy, luxury suv. Highly recommend! He is the best!!

Called today to order a cab. After 1 hour called for status and woman said there was no order and instead of trying to help just said "it's during school letting out so its going to be a while" I thought there tag line on their website says they aim to please. She acted like it was no big deal and just said ok, bye!! The more people who start to Boycott Americab maybe they will start to care. My Next stop is social media and my personal friend at 19 action news considering they have several reviews that state the same thing. The more complaints to 19 action they will do an investigation and expose their horrible business practices. I am a business owner myself and would hope people would not use my company if I were this unprofessional. They might be a big company but we have to start somewhere. Luckily I still made my flight but this was unacceptable and remember people Westlake cab has great customer service and Uber is another option.
Don't do it. Go elsewhere. Do an uber driver instead. They were rude and forgot my order. I had important things to do and they said they thought I cancelled. They do not care at all. You can get better service at a soup kitchen with blind people working it. Sorry I'm not sorry. Go hom and cry because your a cabbie.

Nice driver and nice, clean vehicle. It turned out the driver, Angie, lived near the place i was going. I was nervous about using taxi companies in Cleveland, but i felt safe with this one.
