Terrible for event parking. Good luck getting out on game day. Only one lane can be used to get out and no one will tell you which one that is, nor will they try to direct cars where to go. Workers will yell at you and make you get back in line in a different lane if you choose the wrong lane to exit, but do nothing to avoid having more people make the same mistake. Took us an hour to get out of the garage!
Got stuck in their elevator for 45 minutes while we had to wait for a tech to come fix the issue. Was told "sorry, it happens." Then after we were finally able to get out of the elevator, the manager (?) was rude to us and said he didn't appreciate being asked for a refund (we were told we would get a refund over the intercom while stuck in the elevator). I'm not sure why he would be rude to us when we were the ones trapped in a hot elevator for 45 minutes, especially when this is something that 'happens' at this facility. Got my $15 dollars back, but he still didn't even apologize...just handed me the money after rudely speaking to me. Will never use a garage from this company again, simply because of the poor customer service and the fact that they don't seem to care to fix issues they have or even apologize for 5 people being stuck in an elevator for a long period of time.
