Optical Options#Best#Amazing! Went in today to pick out frames. It was quick and painless! Everyone was helpful and in such good spirit it was infectious. I wanted anti-glare and was told it was not a good idea due to my job. The honesty was greatly appreciated and saved us $60. Will recommend friends and family to Optical Options and plan to come back next year!

At first I was very impressed with the service. But my second trip was very very disappointing. I placed order for the kids flex glasses and I was quoted 50 dollars. I waited 2 1/2 weeks and the wrong frames came in so I called to get the right ones ( mind you I was very very specific in ordering the PINK FLEXY GLASSES the first and second time .So when I called back all the sudden they wouldn't return them and told me it would be more money . So upon speaking with the man that fits the glasses and quoted me the 50 dollars , he told me it wasn't that big of deal and to deal with it . He was rude , irogant and had no customer service skills and obviously no management skills. They made a mistake and my daughter didn't have her parr glasses for that period of time and had to wear broken ones and he told me it wasn't a big deal. Once they are done with your insurance they will rip you off and not own up to their mistakes . BEWARE!!!!! Check your insurance statements!
Love Optical Options! We have been coming here for over 5 years now. This is a multicultural business that has a nice Caribbean black guy, a friendly Asian lady and a very kind White guy. Very nice people and awesome service! We have ordered over 50 prescriptions eyeglasses from them with all perfect vision! When you find good people and good service you will never go anywhere else!
If I could give Philip Cotrell zero stars, I would. This is the meanest, most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. He completely traumatized my 5 year old. He yelled at her for cutting into his lunch (she was scared of the dilating drops). When he overheard my sister consoling my daughter, he flipped out and ripped her prescription out of my hand. He refused to even explain her diagnosis to me. I stood there dumbfounded and had to literally beg for her prescription back. What an absolute jerk. I cannot believe Target allows this guy to work there. Take your money 5 minutes away to WalMart!

Dr. Abrams did the Surgery for my cataracts and every doctor that I have had since in town or out of town praised his good work.
The guy who answered the phone was very unprofessional and disrespectful I would never recommend this optician to anyone

3 appointments with a total of 6 hours of waiting time to see the doctor. We walked out on the 3rd appointment after an hour of waiting and we were the only ones in the waiting room.
They will tell you they cover your insurance when you call and set up the appointment. Then after your exam suddenly you are not covered and they require a $100 payment.
