They have wonderful customer service. I have been going here for years! Kim and kent do a beautiful job.
Broadmoor is the best!!!! It does not matter which location you go to they are Lovely!!!! Also both salons are super clean. We love them and it is the only place I will go!!!
City star nails is my favorite salon in the Cleveland area! I walked in and didn’t have to wait. The staff is so friendly and they do an amazing job.
I have had several techs do my nails and they are all great - Dina, Bea, Chi Chi. Great pedicures, too - all in a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend.
ZERO STARS. Stay away!!!!!! Do not go here seriously. Stay far far far from this "business". I knew the minute I walked in I should have left. The woman who did my nails was rude from the minute I walked in. The "manager" Christy sat next to the women doing my nails on her phone the entire time and saying rude comments about other customers who had walked in, while the women was cutting my cuticles and filing my nails which she cut TWO of my cuticles on my nails. Did not even apologize. She was rushing and was being rough. They had two slates of gel polish colors to choose from and when the color I wanted was not the "true" color it was painted on the nail I had picked out I was told rudely to get up and go look at the other colors from the nail polish bottle- which gel the liquid looks different from when it actually dries. I have never gone to a nail salon and had the color not be true to the slate that you pick from. I was treated horribly. When I asked to speak with the manager she was rude and degrading. I will never come back here again and I will tell everyone that I know to stay away. How is this place still in business? I am sicken to how they would treat a customer- let alone a person. Shame on you. When I called to ask for a refund Christy was rude and yelling at me. There was no where that said no refunds. Not even on the receipt. She then proceeded to hang up on me BOTH times that I had call. So unprofessional. I cant believe this place is still in business.
Chris did the "quick" pedi that I requested. It was VERY thorough. Even took care of my ingrown big toe. First time experience was top rate! Bring cash for a tip if using a credit card.
Worse service ever , they don't engage with their customer's they speak their native language all the time . I did not want gel on my nails so thw owner husband decided to charge mw for narrowing my nails . Spoke to his wife after i complained she looked at me and rolled her eyes. Never again will i go back
This place was recommended by a very great friend & sad to say I was utterly displeased when I arrived! I had a 2:30 pm appointment, Came in at 2:15 p. Was told by a lady she'd be with me & I sat there waiting till well after 3 pm! I asked would I be done by 4 I got no answer from either lady. finally after 3:30 I was put into the chair and had cold water for a pedicure (ridiculous) never have I ever. no one started my nails either, another customer came in not long after me an was serviced before me! I indeed asked for an express pedi & an overlay but, after the nice red haired young lady explained how "THEY" do them she convinced me that a full set was cheaper an better. I had a flight to catch and thanks to their slow process I almost didn't make my plane. My pedi did come out great but NEVER ever again will I go against my 1st mind an NEVER will I recommend that place! I still feel I wasted 27 dollars, A 1 dollar CC fee & the lady who did my feet deserved more than the tip I gave her!! Furthermore how in the H&%$ do you run a business with sub par equipment, slow process & most of all MINIMAL VENTILATION!!! that acrylic smell gave me the worse headache ever mind you the door was opened once cause a tech was hot.
By far the best nail salon I've ever been to. I've been going to this nail salon for years since they were located on Poe Ave off Fulton Rd. I've stayed with same nail tech from day one. Janilda does them perfect for me everytime.
First off, there were two people working on a Sunday afternoon. To me that's ridiculous, no receptionist to greet you, just two females doing nails. When I first walked in neither of them greeted me. I stood there for a few minutes and they asked "What do you want?" After telling them I just wanted acrylics they told me to come back in an hour and I gave my phone number to call me when they were ready. When they finally called me they said I had two minutes to come back and get my nails done..two minutes! Good thing I was in the parking lot. When she glued on the tips one started to come unglued, so she ripped it off. And by ripped, I mean RIPPED. No warning or anything. My finger still hurts the next day. She was very rude and as I was sitting drying my nails she came up to me and said "You pay me now" which I found extremely rude. She didn't do a very good job painting my nails either, which I noticed right away.. now, a single day later every nail has spots of polish missing. It looks like they were poked with a toothpick. They already look grown out. I had a Male friend comment on them and say they already look a week grown out. They're already chipped on top of everything else. There's parts of polish where you can actually see through. She missed spots on the first coat so when she went over and did a second coat it didn't look good At all. I am so disappointed. I will NEVER return. I will be looking for a new salon I've NEVER seen nails THIS bad. I'm almost shaimed and embarrassed to walk around with them. I don't even want to go get them fixed because I don't ever want to be seen in that place again. Bottom line, this place is terrible. Don't go here. Ever. Not even if someone PAYS you to.
