        Extremely rude and unprofessional. Upon inquiring about services and pricing the funeral director became offensive and said he didn't have to explain what was included in his price quoted simply as professional services

        Rude, rude, rude, ghetto, need to work on customer service. At my aunts funeral the cleaning lady was tryna rush us out after the service and I was lied to about information on my mom's funeral. Don't do it!

        I live in Buffalo, NY but unfortunately my nephew died in Cleveland. I went on the internet find a local funeral home to facilitate his return. After a couple of unsatisfactory starts I found The Thomas G. Smith Funeral Home on Saint Clare Ave. Mrs. Smith was an absolute gem. The first thing she did was quote me a price for the service I needed that was almost half less than my previous quotes. She then started deducting amounts for things I didn't need. UNHEARD OF! And if that wasn't enough she suggested at least three alternate ways for me to reduce costs even further. For Mrs. Smith to treat and out-of-towner like this is almost unbelievable. Death is a business, but there's business and then there is compassionate and fair business, and that's what I received. If you're from Cleveland don't think about going anywhere else but Thomas G. Smith. You will be in extremely competent and caring hands in this, the most difficult of times. Irene L. Moore Buffalo, New York
