The other review is pretty accurate. However, this isn't your typical bike shop. Yes, the guy is cooky and a bit odd, but he knows his bikes inside and out. He really isn't in the business to make money, yet he can fix anything and knows where every part is in the shop. You will not see any kind of organization, but he knows and when your bike is broke, he is one of the best! AND he usually doesn't even charge you for it. Stop by just to experience this.

I didn't find him to talk down to people, but I know about bikes. So maybe he doesn't talk down to people as the other reviewer stated. He just needs to ask certain questions to find out what he can help you with.

I spent 3 hours there one Saturday afternoon and I enjoyed the experience.

I would also like to point out the first reviewer (Rick Romer) had over 900 reviews posted on YP. So that tells me he is most likely a paid reviewer or spammer. I find it hard to imagine, he utilizes so many legal and medical offices in just the Cleveland area.

Miscellaneous bike parts were strewn on the sidewalk in front of their building. Inside it was dark, dirty and unorganized. Brochures were outdated. Salesperson was nasty, arrogant and talked down to us. He did offer to order a bike we were interested in but since we wanted to see it in person before buying it the salesman offered to try to find the sales receipt of a person who brought the same bike and then call and see if that person would let us take a look at it. We had to wait for them to open and there were 3 other customers waiting with us for minor repairs and/or parts.

Neighborhood small-town atmosphere with expert service.

I wouldn't go anywhere else with my bike. A little like taking it to grandpa to get fixed, but he sure knows what he's doing.
