Safe Auto Systems

I am very disappointed in this place of business...I had a auto start hooked up to my new Toyota, nothing was explained to me, a manual was on the front seat of my vehicle. I started reading it & it explained how to open the trunk, so I went shopping & went to open the trunk using the new control & nothing happened. I called the place back & I find out they never hooked it up. I had to go to a car dealer (as that is where the man was that first installed it) & stand outside in the cold while he installed it, the woman at the office said it was a 10 minute job, more like a half an hour. So I leave & the next day I start the car up to get the frost off & I find out the rear defogger is not working, I re-read on how to do this & attempt it many times, to no avail. I call the place & ask them why it is not working...she informs me that I need extra parts ordered if I want this to work & there will be a charge of $40.00 (w/o tax)...I called the company in California that makes it & they tell me, it should have been installed w/the original installation....I have paid close to $300.00 for this & I am very disappointed in how all was handled....Would I tell my friends about this company? You bet & I would say, "go somewhere else & have it done"....
