Poor customer service - sent home stained shirts from their shirt laundry service. When I confronted the owner, she said I should have told them it was stained... Wouldn't a reasonable business have told me there was a stain when I picked up the shirt? Someone actually pressed the shirt and placed it on a hanger. I would have gladly paid for dry cleaning, but why hide the stained shirt in with the others that are clean? Very poor customer service - I will not go back.
