I ordered and paid in advance for a new recliner.
It arrived after 3 weeks delivery, but they got red leather instead of brown. They reordered a new chair. The new chair arrived in the same red leather! He apologized and said it was his fault for entering the wrong number. It's new been 3 weeks since the 2nd reorder. I called & they're telling me it could be another 3 weeks. Very poor business. they keep wanting me to put the wrong one in my house until the new one comes. I don't want the wrong one; I want the one I ordered.
If you want poor customer service and a defective product. This is the place to go. I purchased the cabinets on August 1, 2009 and did not receive them until October 9, 2009. I order a piece of glass for one of the cabinets, that took months to receive. I made numerous calls and send several e-mails to check on the status of the cabinets with little to no response. This is a company that was paid in full. As an African American, I was treated like crap. When others came in the store they were treated much differently. They was given them extra items and offering free delivery, etc. When I went to pick up the cabinets, I had to wrap them up and had to lift them and put them in my truck.
Now the cabinets have been received and the kitchen is remodeled. After a few weeks the wood on the doors began to split on a total of 12 cabinets. The company was contacted by e-mail and phone and I did not get a response back until I contacted the BBB. Now I am being told that it will take 16 week for replacement doors. I don't understand, the poor customer service, now do I understand why it should take 16 weeks for standard cabinets. I wonder is it because I am African American.
Whatever the case, if you want a poor customer service, treated like crap and a get defective products. Well this is the place for you!
Not at all happy! Was told by the salesman the furniture we were looking at was in fact leather upon having it for a few months we have always questioned it since it was delivered it didn't seem real but now we know it is not real leather and it is starting to show wear already you call the store they tell you that you have to speak to the salesman who conveniently is never there nor does he return calls. I called a week after having my bed delivered to tell them the post was loose they were supposed to have someone call me to come fix it and that never happened!!
My fiancé and I recently bought a bed, mattress, two dressers and a couch from here and we are very happy with it. The guys there are great and very helpful. They kept coming back to answer the questions we had and didn't complain when they had to go back and forth through the warehouse to check prices on multiple items for us. I would definitely go back for more furniture from them. We saved a lot of money shopping there instead of a typical furniture shop. If you shop there, ask for Mark, he was great!
First off let me start by saying I think the furniture is great, no problem with that. But getting it is a completely different story. I ordered a sectional and was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Great. So after two weeks no call from delivery company or NEFD. I wait two more days and still nothing. I paid for everything in full btw. So I call them, they tell me it'll be another week and a half because the sectional comes from somewhere further away. After that week and a half I call, manager not available he'll call me back by the end of the day. this goes on for almost a week before I actually talk to someone about something that has been paid for in full. He then goes on to tell me he thought he called me back and I said well I dont have a missed call or a voicemail. He then back tracks and says he calls about 75 people a week he didn't realize if he called me or not. the only good that came out of this is that they paid for my delivery fee.
I am soooo pissed. These guys suck! I was told I was purchasing a NEW Mattress. When it was delivered to my home a ROACH ran across my bedroom floor when the delivery guy opened the bag. I told him to bag it up and take it back. He said he was just the delivery guy and I would have to talk to one of the owners. When I called the store I was told they can not take returns on mattresses and if I have roaches in my house its not their problem. Stay away from these losers!
I went into NE Factory knowing I needed a new living room set and that was it. I watned a new couch, chair, and ottoman, but I had no idea what color or fabric. The salemans, Tommy worked with me to explain the fabric choice and all the colors available in the couches I was looking at. He was very patience as I made my decision and even showed me catelogies with more to choose from. I picked out a set and then research online to see if I was really getting a deal or not. I saved about 35% of what a similar couch was at a location department store. My new furniture was deliver on time and the men were very nice and clean up after themselves. I will be back to NE Factory for a kicthen table and a new mattress set!!!

I purchased kitchen cabinets at a GREAT PRICE and they do have a good product but thats the only thing you will get from the three amigos.
First dealt with Alex and got the sales pitch how they have a great price, product and great customer service and if you need anything just call him..Ok the were alot cheaper than anywhere else we went... like 5-6 thousand
Dealt with Angelo,concerning measurements and ordering the cabinets . We were told that delivery would be in 3-4 weeks but the cabinets were in stock and should be here in 3 weeks. Five weeks go by , no phone calls or returned phone calls. Had to go there in person and was told by Jennifer it would be at least six weeks b4 delivery from the time order.
Cabinets finally came in and they were delivered, only to be told by the delivery kid that one of the cabinets was damaged in shipment and a new one would be here , delivered at no charge by the end of the week. Ok things happens.
Now I am dealing with Anthony and its week three and still no cabinet. Again, no return phone calls and had to go in person to get there FAMOUS lline.The truck is scheduled for to be here on Friday and will have it to you by Tuesday. Wednesday,Thursday no returned phone calsl and go there on Friday and get there famous line again.
Finally the cabinet comes in and the delivery person brings it in... one side is all scratched up and the other side has chunks of wood missing. Tell them I dont want it, take it out of here. The delivery person says to me he doent give a S__T hes paid by the hour.
I ordered these cabinets in October and its mid-January and I still dont have my cabinet. I could go on and on but it wont fix my problem I just want YOU to be aware of these guys. Please check out the Better Business Bureau, Ohio Secretary of State,Angies Llist and the reviews . BEWARE these guys are smooth.
Dont give them your money before you have what you bought from them. Thats the only leverage u will have.

At first glance you think....""WOW! Im really getting a nice deal on decent furniture!"" AND THEN......you find that all you REALLY got was SCREWED.
Please save yourself a LOT of hassle and just glance and walk away from this place. You buy from them...they deliver you the WRONG merchandise, along with missing pieces to furniture and when you call to get them to resolve it they do not pick up their phones and when they finally do they tell you.....""oh, yeah, we will take care of that for you"" and there you are waiting for weeks to hear back from them and you end up calling them 50 more times trying to get what you paid for...but it never happens. REALLY CRAPPY customer service. My advice...pay a little bit more for quality furniture and good customer service SOMEWHERE ELSE. These people just take your money and dont give a crap after that.
I had a great experience at Northest Factory Direct. The customer service was excellent, Alex was patience and let me take my time in pricing out a new kicten table and chairs. The kitchen table and chair I ordered came in early and were delivered on time. Everyone at Northeast Factory Direct was very freindly and helpful. I will be back soon for living room furniture!
I would suggest all buyers BEWARE this company is ripping innocent customers off I purchased a leather set from them owned it 5 days leather peeled and a hole was in back of chair, asked for refund refused to give me one unless I lose 30% of Purchase price to them, Better Business Bureau is involved STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they offered to replace it but I will not after the argueing over my refund, they do not tell customers of the 30% loss if you want a refund. TO TOP IT ALL OFF THE OWNER WILL NOT TALK TO US, BUT SENDS HIS LACKIES TO DEAL WITH ISSUES UNREAL!!!!
I ordered more than $1500 of furnitures. after 2 weeks they say they were on the way to delivary, I was at work. I called back in advance to deliver on saturday and they were rude they dont care,,, its only' 'delivary service' and is not linked to company' i called back again,, they say trucks r out they cant deliver, not even on sunday??? do they want me to take sick leave to receive those?? Iwould rather buy in stores and get delivered right away. Its a paid delivary why they hesitate??? extremely poor service.........worst
Charged me for an item they admit they never shipped. Ignored my repeated requests for a refund. I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company who then gave me a provisional disputed-charge credit pending a response from NE Factory. NE Factory ignored their request, never responded. There are numerous complaints about NE Factory to the Cleveland Better Business Bureau from other defrauded customers, mostly non-delivery issues. Don't buy from these people unless you can personally inspect the items being bought, don't pay until you actually take delivery, don't expect any kind of customer service once they have your money.
