Overall

Not sure but as soon as I told this guy what was wrong with the TV he told me it couldn't be fixed and hung up on me which is OK but what if i had questions, Don't go here.

Overall
Service

These old Lawsons folk are true to today's standards of excellence. They deliver in an hour, they stand by your side if there are issues, and they are pretty fly for some old white guys. So stop by folks and be enlightened by customer service the old Lawsons way. Big 'O' comin' at ya'!

Overall
Old merchandise at new prices

This company sells old merchandise and close outs at new prices. Get a copy of the registration card and call the manufacturer to see when the product was made before you make any purchases from this company.

I bought an appliance from this company and was not given the warranty card at the time of installation. I was told they were back at the shop. Because of the reluctance to provide me with the card, I called the manufacturers customer service department and gave them the model and serial number of the appliance. I was informed that the unit was seven years old. It had never been registered or any history of service. The fact is it was seven years old and I was never informed of the age of the appliance and signs in the store that read they only sell new appliances makes you believe you are buying a newly manufactured product.

I would not recommend buying from this retailer.
