Living in Houston and having great restaurants in our citiy, when we decided to have a Cleveland wedding we decided to try Fahrenheit becuase of such great reviews and we decided to give it a shot. Our contact, Sonia was great in helping create such an ambiance in their party room area, the food was exquisite and never ending. To this day I still have my guests going on and on about the location, the food, the great service. It was a very pleasant experience considering that both me and my husband are very difficult to please when it comes to restaurants and this place topped it off. They made our day memorable and whenever we go back, this will definately be the place to visit.

I'm sorry but I have to say this might have been the worst meal I've ever had in a place that claims to be fine dining. Normally I would never post something about a restaurant but in this case I can't believe how insanely rude the staff was. I won't get into details but these people are elitist snobs who are delusional about the quality of their food. Judging from many of the other comments many people have been frustrated with this ""restaurant"".
Drinks at the bar were very good and the bartenders were nice. Drinks at the table was another story, took forever to have an order taken and took about twenty minutes to get them once the order was in.
Apps: I had calamari which is not a very difficult dish to prepare but I think this stuff was frozen and simply fried up. Chewy flavorless and of course it was served cold.
Main Course: First off there seemed to be more pizzas on the menu than entrees. So I had one of the ""chefs"" special pizzas of which I only could get through 1 bite, literally. This ""pizza"" is basically a poorly made stone oven pizza, the crust was doughy and a very poor choice for this style of pizza. It was to be a lobster pizza although it was difficult to find the lobster, there was some but very little and what was there looked like wet soupy lobster lumps. It would be like ordering a pepperoni pizza where the chef would only put 1 pepperoni per slice. The really funny thing was the two other pizzas at my table went largely uneaten as well. With this style pizza a timely transfer from the oven to the table is essential. Of course it took forever to serve the main course and and my suspicion is that the pizzas sat under a heat lamp for a long time while the other ""food"" was prepared. My girlfriend had a lamb meal that consisted of practically raw lamb and some sort of mayonnaise concoction.
Summary: I was very offended by the food and service. I think worst of all was the attitudes of the folks working there. These people should not be in business as its clear that they do not care about the customers experience. I found it interesting that the menu states the tables are given for a two hour dining experience but the untimely service made that a challenge! Finally with all of the great restaurants in this area do yourself a favor and go to one of the others as this one was a major letdown...

I just recently had an amazing dinner at Fahrenheit. My experience was so great this is actually the first time I felt compelled to write a review. I travel for a living and dine in some of the top restaurants in each city I visit, I can say they have got it all right!! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a super friendly hostess and promptly sat at beautiful table. They have a well put together wine list set at some really reasonable prices. Now the menu......our server was very well versed in all aspects of the menu and he gave us several of his favorite selections which made it very easy to order. Food was fabulous!!! Each one of us at the table tried a different entree which gave us a chance to try a variety...........Shortribs were heavenly! The manager stopped by our table to check our experience which we thought was a super classy touch. We will definately be going back. Don't miss this gem in a cool little neighborhood!!!

Good Atmosphere, Good Food, Bad Service. Prices are much higher than a 2 $$ but it keeps the riff-raff out. We had a table of 6 and we think because the 20% gratuity was already included in the bill there was no reason for anyone to move quickly. The service was bad enough to warrant a talk with the Manager, who wasn't very accommodating. I sort of get the feeling she's had to deal with more than a few complaints and was probably tired of listening to the problems. I would try other places in the Tremont area before going here but it's not a bad last option.

we had a fab time here last night!
there was a mixup on opentable where a table showed open for 6:30, but it wasn't. the hostess called me right away to let me know they actually didn't have any tables. we decided to go anyway and see if we could get a seat at the bar.
we did - and shannon comped us a round of drinks for the table mishap and we enjoyed our dinner at the bar. the goat cheese/lobster fondue, short ribs & seabass were awesome!
we want to say a BIG thank you to shannon (the hostess/manager?) who really made our experience - the place would've been totally different without her - she noticed when the waitress hadn't taken our order and we were ready, dropped yellow roses off for me and my mom. She went above and beyond to make sure we still had a good time despite the reservation mixup (which actually ended up being no big deal anyway!)
the only negative part of our night at fahrenheit was a snooty bartender/waitress who was visibly annoyed with other staff (rolling her eyes, criticizing how fast they were moving/making drinks) and was only paying attention to certain customers. Finally, once another bartender/waitress stepped in - we felt more attended to.
But despite that, WE highly recommend this place!

My boyfriend and I went here for our one really nice night out while visiting Cleveland on a long holiday. We are from Chicago, and wanted to try a place that would remind us of our trendy city, but not as expensive. It ended up being absolutely wonderful.
Definitely recommended if you love trendy restaurants in little cute neighborhoods. The only problem was getting a cab home after we bar hopped after dinner. Even though our bar called one, and called it in a second time, we ended up on the street for 45 mins before we ended up steeling someone else's cab.

I took my boyfriend to Fahrenheit for his birthday last week and both of us LOVED it! Before going I checked the reviews on here, keeping my fingers crossed that it would be a good choice, so after our wonderful dinner I just had to write a review. The food was so good. Everything from the chicken springrolls we had as an appetizer, the salads we had with bacon and deviled eggs, to the main courses was outstanding. My boyfriend had the Delmonico steak and I had the pan-fried lobster, both of which we would recommend. The restaurant is pretty expensive as most have said, but a birthday only comes around once a year, so give this place a try and celebrate. If I had to point out one bad thing I would have to say that the service was pretty average. When we first arrived there, the hostess didn't greet us right away (I'm assuming because it was someone else's turn to seat us) so another girl came and took us to our table. I did think that was somewhat rude, however the food was so good it made up for that and then some!

The food was truly fantastic.....from the chicken springrolls we ordered first to the salad, to the entrees (I had the spare ribs and have never had any better!). My friends had the pork tenderloin (highly recommended!) and the 4 cheese ravioli. The wine list offers lots of CA wines which can be very difficult to find.....excellent wine list with little markup on many of the bottles. We were too stuffed from the entrees and appetizer to try the desserts but I imagine that the on-site pastry chef would come through in a similar manner as the rest of the food. Truly a spectacular evening. Only two issues, parking can be tough to find but valet is offered at a nominal charge. And, the restaurant was very noisy, which made it difficult to converse, so avoid taking clients if you're planning to have a critical meeting. The ceilings are actually plate metal, so the acoustics are poor but nearly every sound is amplified significantly. Overall, a great experience, we'll be back!

The Cosmo is by far the biggest & best in the city. Love the lobster pizza and mac & cheese. Definately opt for the short ribs, you will not be disappointed. Dessert are always changing & I have never been let down. Try anything with bananas. Full dinner service at the bar and it's a get place to start before heading downtown for the night.

Not so good. We were seated and served with attitude. We sat at a small wobbly table against the wall. And the lighting was beyond dim. Service was crazy, we waited at least 10 minutes before our drink order was taken. Our meal was over cooked, the halibut was chewy. After our meal was served we were left alone for the rest of our dining experience, no check-ups, no more drinks unless we flagged her down. Even the valet service was rude when we dropped off and again when we picked up. There are plenty of other places to go.

A friend and I dropped in without reservations at about 10pm on a Friday night, and were seated within a minute or two. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and good for hearty conversation - no ""library"" to be found here. The service was attentive, yet nonintrusive and unhurried. The dishes were rich and sensuous on the palate, in very appropriate portions. The two hour allowance - allowing a few minutes for conversation and food to actually settle between courses - reminded me of most restaurants I visited while in Europe, and was a greatly welcome change from the average. For prime-time dining, definitely make a reservation.

Our wine was served only after the food has arrived and sat on the table for 5 minutes. Considering that we did come there quite hungry, as we came to eat rather than show off, and that bread was brought only after appetizers and salads were consumed, the wine got served only after we had to start on the food.
The pizzas were of the cheapest and worst kind: thin with too much cheese and not enough topping. What a difference time makes a while ago their pizzas were excellent.
It is just wants to be an ""in"" place, without too much worry about the food. Oh and please do not remove glasses and plates, form one guest while the other is still using them. We did not overstay our ""2 hour Fahrenheit dining experience"" - so why still the rush?

We called for a last-minute reservation on a Saturday night and they accomodated us with no problem. Hostesses were absolutely nice; our server seemed a bit disappointed -- something -- with our orders for some reason. Perhaps we were supposed to order something more extravagant? He did perk up when we asked for another bottle of wine. Really nice menu -- great selection of unique entrees, pizzas, appetizers and desserts. Lovely restaurant, great vibe inside, please don't wear your prom dress; it's not that kind of place.

Don't be surprised to find some of Cleveland's stars at this great location. The night I was dining here familiar faces surrounded me from TV, radio and city government. This hot spot in Tremont has become one of the great new places in Cleveland to see and be seen! Presentation of meals is excellent, right out of an art museum. Plenty to choose from and prices are great for the food, style, presentation, service and environment. This is a must dine for every professional Clevelander and visitor to Cleveland. Owner/operator chef worked under Wolfgang puck, dont be surprised to find him addressing tables through out the night that want to shower him with praise for his excellent dishes. Call at least one full day ahead for a reservation. Crowd is professional 25-45, dress to impress.
