Overall

So this place is owned by Dignity Memorial which offers services and cremation for free for children, it says it on their website. But God forbid grieving parents call to inquire about those services. We ended up not even going to meet with them after the man working told my mother on the phone that they don't really do services for infants(our son passed away shortly after being born) because only the mother has a bond, and if we were cremating him, there would probably be nothing left. Don't offer services for free if you are going to treat people like this who come to you. We weren't asking for handouts but this was completely unexpected and why wouldn't we take any financial help we could get? Bottom line-don't go to a place that treats infants like they don't matter!!
