Ordered a steak salad and asked for the steak medium well. However, the steak I got back was very pink and not well whatsoever but rather, more so on the rare side. This did not bother me much, but my waitress asked how everything was and saw the pink steak, gasped and said she was going to get me a whole new plate right away. When she returned with the manager, he offered free dessert as well as the new plate. My meal was also excluded from our check. Very good customer service!

amazing pasta and steak! great customer service

great food, lots of fun, felt like I was dining in Italy. The staff was young but very professional and seemed to really care about how my night went. Reservations are definitely needed on the weekends to avoid a lengthy wait. The portions are definitely large though, but practice self control and bring it home! A little pricey but the large amount of food was worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Like Being in Tuscany!

No reason to go here

The food is okay, the service is okay. But it's wayyyyyyyy too loud in the dining room and this chain, like many chains, suffers from a case of elephantiasis: Everything is huge. The tables, the portions, the flatware. It's generic and overpriced for what you get. Borrrrringgggg.
