This animal hospital is closed! Yellow pages needs to update their listing so people with a life and death situation don’t waste critical minutes. The new location is just a half mile away. Take Keystone Parkway north off Brookpark Rd. This goes under I-480. The new and vastly improved emergency clinic is on the left after passing under the freeway.

BEWARE... This place is the WORST ever. I would say first this is not my yittle guys first rodeo. BUT this place traumatized him WITHOUT question. They supposedly treated him for high blood pressure the entire time and NEVER once told me I learned this on pick up when I questioned the bill that was much higher than I was told in the beginning. So she said let me take this bill in the back and see if u were over charged or double billed by MISTAKE she comes back and says well They charged u full price every time they took his blood pressure so I discounted it which took

Animal Emergency Clinic West gave us outstanding care. The clinic is clean and inviting. Dr. Brown was the attending veterinarian. He and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We are grateful for their hours, services and advice. From the initial phone call, our options were clearly defined and there were no surprises. I would recommend them to anyone.

Well I have a puppy who is now a 1yr old beagle. Thanks to the Emergency services provided by this clinic. He survived Parvo! He was still a puppy when I went. He could not keep anything down. Not even water. I was so worried about cost and everything but the receptionist came in the room and offered carecredit which definetly saved my wallet and my dogs health that night. I could not believe how kind and compassionate the female Dr. was. She talked about her three dogs and how they're like our family; and she understood. She said that this was treatable. I didn't see how but they walked me through step by step and what the worse and best turn outs could happen. I was so thrilled when i picked him up that weekend. He's my best friend. Thanks for everything. *****
