I stopped in to find a sectional. I didn't want to spend a lot of money since the idea was just to buy something temporary and resell it. Miguel was very helpful with our specific needs regarding a limited inventory that fulfilled our requirements. Unfortunately, the sectional we chose was unable to be delivered due the constraint of the stairwell in my apartment. We were told by the drivers that they would have to return our merchandise and we needed to go back to the store and choose something else. This was a bummer since the store was already a little out of the way. As a result, that limited our choices even more due to size constraints. I was still determined to get a sectional and finally settled on one that was $200 more than our original selection. Miguel was able to waive the additional cost after consulting with his manager. This was a very nice gesture. However, I ended up selling the sectional a week later because I wasn't too keen on the faux leather and rough fabric. I would have been very happy to just get money back but there's a strict no refund policy. So, buyer beware. Make sure you know what you're getting and that you'll be satisfied with the purchase before pulling the trigger. Other than that, it was a pleasant buying experience.

Mario was awesome! Bought a couch and loveseat. Great selection to choose from. Ask for him when you stop in.

I recently purchased a trundle bed and four bunkie mattresses. First off, Theresa was quick to offer lots of information, was super patient with all of my questions and indecision and amazing during the processing of my transaction. By far the best customer service associate I've ever worked with. Sadly, though the inventory showed the bed I was purchasing to be in stock, I received a call later that day stating that it was not in stock. BUT... they gave me the other bed I'd been looking at for the same price. (The one I'd originally bought was on clearance due to being discontinued) Theresa was super apologetic and wonderfully nice about the entire mixup. Definitely NOT something that I would hold against the company. Hey, these things happen, right?



The delivery guys were great. They called about 25 min before they arrived. Were observant enough to be concerned that, perhaps, they had delivered the wrong item. (It was not incorrect.. they just wanted to be sure they were bring the right merchandise). They were very careful about the walls and the carpet, which says a lot as everything was completely snow covered outside.



The bed went together relatively easily but the directions could have been a little more clear and the "allen wrench" type tool that should have been in the package (it was on the parts list) was nowhere to be found. Fortunately, we had a set of our own to use.



I also wish there had been the "wood" like end caps that cover the screws after assembling the bed. It doesn't look bad, at all, but would like so much nicer if the caps were there.



Finally, the bunkies? OMGosh, do NOT waste your money. My 9 and 12 year olds spent one night in them and they are already completed sunken in. I thought they were exaggerating so I laid down on their beds. It is like laying on wood covered with a piece of fabric. Had I known they would be that easily "worn in", I never would have purchased four of them.



Overall, a decent buying experience. Just watch out for the bunkies!
