I purchased my 2010 Ford Focus S from Liberty Ford Southwest in Parma Heights in early 2010. I have had it serviced here a number of times due to the convenient location, not far from West 130th Street.Parts and labor have nearly always been reasonable or much lower than competitors (e.g., Auto Repair Technology in Brook Park).This location now offers shuttle service and has a decent waiting room with a television, Wi-Fi, coffee, and lollipops.Hours of operation for service department could be longer, and waiting room could use a face lift compared to some other locations (e.g., Nick Mayer Lincoln-Mercury in Westlake).However, the service is great, and I have even come in and had small repairs done for free. Have recommended this location to friends and family members.
I purchased a car from simple solutions yesterday. On my way home from the dealership the engine blew up going down 77 south I was less than 20 miles away from the dealership when this occurred. I called Nate who had sold me the car and he said there was nothing he could do for me and refused to take back the car.This shows terrible customer service and would not recommend anyone to purchase a car off of this lot.
I was very pleased with the work they did on my car. They walked me through what the cost would be and only told me what really needed to be fixed at the time. Friendly and very helpful in the service department!

I would never recommend this dealership. Everything was. Great until I had to deal with the finance guy about a refund. After leaving him at least four messages and never receiving a reply, I finally contacted Nissan myself and found after 2 months of waiting for a refund he never cancelled an extended warranty. After the manager straightened it out I waited another month and when I called Nissan again they said they sent the dealers the check weeks before. It took going down there and confronting them personally to get my money back. Steer clear of this place. I do want to thank.the service manager who I was connected with. accidentally. Even though it wasn't his issue he went out of his way to help me out and apologize for the inconvenience. A sorry from the finance guy might have helped.
Service department is horrible and doesn't care about their customers. For the second time in a row, we brought a vehicle in for repair that wasn't completed when promised. A one day repair turned into a second day so they could order parts, became a third day when they allegedly got the wrong parts, became a fourth day when the parts didn't arrive.During this whole process, they never called to tell us about the delay, we had to call and ask if the vehicle was done. Several times our calls were transferred to voice mail without a live person to answer the simple question if the car was complete or not.Last time this happened we rated their service lousy when Honda called. Immediatly, they called our house and harrassed us about complaining to Honda. This time we tried to talk to a manager, but both the service manager and general manager decided to take the day off.I hope I'm home when Honda calls this time...
I only selected a star because i had to. They sold me a car that wouldn't stay running and didn't fix my truck. Not only that i never got the title because i refused to give them the rest of their money so they wouldn't tell me where the truck is and is no longer in business. And i cant find them. Don't take your car there for service. They consistently find things wrong with the car, or make things wrong with the car, where there were none. I can't tell you how many times I have taken my car in for an oil change or a cosmetic detailing and walk out with bills in the hundreds of dollars.It happens almost every time and I have owned my Volvo for 5 years now. The latest one was this week. I took my car in for a cosmetic detailing and I walk out with a $380.00. I immediately felt the car steering wheel shaking as I drove it the next day to work. I called to bring it back in, and they wouldn't have a loaner fo 5 days, forcing me to drive my car. The yellow light went on. Now another $180.00 today. So...I go in for a cleaning and end up with a $560.00 bill. And this is not the first time....it happens consistently.I can't wait to trade in my Volvo for another make soon. My advice is steer clear on Montrose Volvo. I also have a Toyota and I've had wonderful service at Sunnyside Toyota for 13 years.I can't accuse Montrose Volvo of purposely finding problems, but I can tell you that they make more of them than you had. Go to another dealership for repairs.
