This was the worst experience i have ever had at any BMV... Most of the workers are very rude and act like they are upset us as customers are there. How can a place run professionaly when they are not professional. You recieve attitudes not to mention i talked to the manager Tom about 2rude workers there and he started acting like he didnt care so i asked him who i can talk to above him he had the nerve to chuckle and say STATE OF OHIO pretty much like its a dead end....well guess what its not but you will continue to lose customers until you get your staff and managers right. How can you have ppl working when they dont even know anything about their job!!!

Very nice people, they smile with public and speak politely due to which everyone feels comfortable with them and passed the test. I love them all.
The chick at the counter was so rude and mean to my children l. She made me feel like I wasn't understanding her basic math job. Definitely will take my services elsewhere in the future. Total bitch, they need to have a class and teach their employees about customer service!
This is one of the worst BMV I have been in. The employees are rude, unfriendly and impatient. They have a sense of superiority. Lisa was eating and trying to talk to me about my daughtersTemp ID (very unprofessional) then became irritated because I didn't understand what she was saying with a mouthful of something. What nerve!
Now, I hardly take time to write reviews,but if I find someone outstanding in her services to the public I think its worth commending the person. Now for some reasons I had a missing tittle for my jeep and I needed a duplicate, when I went to parma tittle bureau, I met a staff call LEAH, she checked my record, and told me the lien is still listed on the car so I cant have the title. She gave me paper work on how to go about it. I must say she is very humble, submissive, understanding, serviceable, outstanding and you named it. In fact the treatment she gave me from day one to resolving the issue like 2 weeks after, is worth appreciated by me. I wish every public servant can have her type of heart and willingness in helping and solving issues for people. Thank you leah and thank you parma BMV for hiring such an out standing staff with a servant heart.
