There is a older gentleman who clean at this facility who is very rude. This is my second time washing here. The first time I washed here he was extemely rude to customers who were trying to enter the facility right befire the cut-off time. Another employee intervened and unlocked the door. Today is my second time coming to the facility for to wash. He left the building unattended and I had to wait for help because one of my coins became stuck. After waiting so long I decided to put another quarter to knock the other quarter loose, but it didn't. FINALLY he came back I calmly approached him and said "excuse me my quarter has gotten stuck, I tried to put a second quarter in and that one has gotten stuck as well". He returned with a knife to jiggle it loose. I then said "oh excuse only one fell down", he became frustrated and angrily jiggled the knife and said "WHEN I DO THIS IT WOULD HAVE POPPED OUT IT AINT NO QUARTER STILL IN THERE". I told him it's not that serious I just explained to you what happened I can put another dallor in and get a some quarters. Angrily he giggled it again before a lady walked over like whats wrong I said "I explained to him what took place and he told me that I wasnt right because he put the knife in there. He comes back over being loud so I asked him "are you okay what are you trying to do by being loud argue. It's not that serious over a quarter you were not standing here when I put my change in so there is no way you can tell me what I did so can you leave while she's talking to me". He left but still talking loud, I just explained to her I didn't know asking for help would was against the rules. She apologized but I told her it wasn't her fault.People try to hire people under the table as cheap help and their customer service are horrible.
BEWARE OF ULTRA DRY CLEANERS!!!I would give Ultra 0 stars if I could. I recently took 2 pairs of my True Religion jeans there to have them cleaned and pressed. When I went to pick them up, one pair was ok but the other pair had a 2 inch square hole at the bottom of one pants leg. I always look over my clothes when I pick them up. The Asian man (don't know his name) told me "we didn't do that!" I asked him did he really think I would bring a pair of jeans to be cleaned & pressed that had a huge hole in the bottom of one pant leg? Keep in mind, they always inspect your clothes when they take them in so that if they're are any repairs needed, they will point it out to you. After going back and forth with the man, he told me to "sue him if I want!" I couldn't believe the audacity of the man. Obviously, someone made a mistake somehow at this cleaners! I was so upset. Then the man tried to get me to sign a paper stating I wouldn't sue him! I refused to sign anything! He took the pants and said he would try to repair them. When I went back the second time to pick up my jean, they still look a mess. He had put a patch on the jeans. He told me to "take them and go!" HE DID NOT CHARGE ME BECAUSE HE KNEW THEY RUINED MY JEANS!I was a longtime patron of this business and he knew they f--ked up my $140 jeans! All I can say is, if you value your expensive clothes, DONT PATRONIZE ULTRA DRY CLEANERS!!!
Latino women likes to start fights. My gf was ripped off 3 times by employees in 2014..Extremely rude employees..
They recently got brand new machines. They work great. I am in and out in a very short period of time. It is a great and friendly environment. If I ever have an issue help is there right away and all of my needs are met. I recommend coming here. It is 5 out of 5 stars for quality and the laundromat. I will always continue coming here. The owner is very professional and hardworking. He always ensures a wonderful experience!!!!!
I have been going to this cleaner since it opened up a few years ago. I like the convenience of being able to drop it off on my way in to work and pick it up the same day by 7PM. They try to meet my needs especially when there are stains or problems with the clothing. I did have one incident that I had to bring a fancy dress back because of a stain and they re-did it with no additional cost to me and removed the stain. One time I dropped off the clothing at the Broadview store and they made arrangements for me to pick it up at the Parma Store. It's nice to be able to support a local store owner. The price is good, they do honor store coupons and when they say the items will be ready it is.
HOURS say between 8am-10pm they locked the doors at 8pm you got a while two hours before you close! Unprofessional! And there's no number to contact anyone.
Have been using this DO Summers for many years. Help is always polite and bend over backwards to assist you if you have a problem. Adele Zucker, University Hts.
Terribly disappointed! This place is far from sparkling clean! Many machines broken and out of service. Dryer damaged my items. Extremely unhappy!! Avoid this place! I wish I would've waited the extra hour for the other laundromat near my home to open.
I have used this cleaners on several occasions. They have always done a good job until now. First mistake was trusting them to clean my all white jacket. Usually take anything white to D O Summers who maybe pricey but never let me down. But, like I previously mentioned this cleaners usually does a good job.
Machinery not always in best condition and it is not open 24 hours much to my dismay now. They're rushing you out of the place by half past one. The few times I have been there for the 7 to 10 PM block I have had a brand new magazine stolen, a dryer load of laundry that needed 2 more rounds of cycle of 5 towels a thin blanket and a partial flat toddler quilt "nlankey" my nephew had slept with all of his 4 year and 3 months of life. The only thing that I have to be able to make nice is that they are not expensive and when they were all night, I would bring my keyboard in and my drummer would take snare n brushes and we played jazzabilly.
