I hope this location is better than Mentor, because it is the worst gun shop in the Cleveland area, hands down! It doesn't matter whether it's the young guy (kid really) or the older guy. They're both cocky, inconsiderate and patronizing - like you don't know anything. I've been shooting for over 30 years, and I know my guns pretty well. Customer service is terrible, they'll just walk away and ignore you without saying a word. Prices are the highest around, and no willingness to match or budge a penny. They literally tell you to go buy it somewhere else, AND I WILL!!! They just don't care, plain and simple. I told him I was trying to give them one last chance after previous bad experiences, and I won't ever be back. All he could say was a sarcastic "have a nice day" as I walked out. NEVER AGAIN.GO TO GREAT LAKES OUTDOORS OR FIN FEATHER AND FUR. BOTH HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS IN NEO THAT ARE FANTASTIC. FF&F HAS A MUCH LARGER SELECTION ANYWAY.

Cleveland Armory Best gun store I've been to very knowledgeable good prices these guys are easy to talk to unlike other gun stores
We posted this for / from an older gentleman that had no computer:The owner and his son have more knowledge of the fire arms industry than anyone I know, myself included, and I've been shooting for 40+years.They'll give you a great price on a great gun.Highly recommended!
All B&T stores are great. Awesome customer service and great prices. All people need to understand is that the employees have to deal with the constant onslaught of "green" people trying to get everything they can before certain products are "banned" or restricted. Take that chaos into mind, I believe B&T is doing a great job serving the community and should be appreciated and revered for doing just that. I've been down to Fin Feather & Fur on Bagley Rd. a couple times and have walked straight out. The customer service is horrible. They don't give you the time of day unless you show some type of interest in their grotesquely inflated prices. They won't even answer the phone if they are "too busy"! FFF should of stayed down in Ashland instead of trying to expand outward. It definitely looks like the are spreading their resources way too thin.
Get to know the owners and management a bit and you'll find they're racist jerks. Too bad for the other decent guys who have to work for them. Rich, the Manager in Middleburg has a serious personality problem too. Fin Feather Fur is around the corner on Bagley with much better prices and a professional staff.
This place is a joke and i mean that. Horrible customer service jacked up prices. The lorain county one is the worst, old man running the shop is jus unfriendly and looks like a damn petifile. I bought a lc9 ruger six months back at fin an fur for 350 out the door at b an t 430 plus tax. I went there one time to look around and i will never go back.
