Great used tire purchase , fair new and used tire prices for the area it's in.
They do a fabulous work, fair and honest pricing! I have made the mistake of taking my cars elsewhere. Never again!
This place is run by a bunch of thieves!!! Beware when using your credit/debit card!! I've been robbed by them twice, they take the money off my card, but I dont get gas!! They promise to put it back, but NEVER do!!!! Don't buy gas here, their pumps are raggedy as hell!!! Wish I could give it NO stars!!! They will not get my business again, and if you're smart they won't get yours either!!!!
The best gas in town cell is the best it's a little bit on the few penny more side but it's worth it because it saves you in the long run
I would never ever go there again they accused me of stealing just because I was black and I had a hoodie jacket on.
After calling to get a quote for brakes for my daughter for her car, the owner said he would call me back to give me a correct quote...wanted to get it right...he ended up charging her $90 over the quote price...said he remembers giving the quote but couldn't find it....she was really looking for an honest mechanic to do service on her car....not going to happen at this establishment. I'm hoping the work he did is more reliable than the quote.
Horrible service rude tenants always dirty never paper in the pumps I asked several times and I was rudely told " IS TO COLLLD" I have also had to wait for service while they snacked or conversed on personal cell phone calls and was treated rudely took my 600+ a week in fuel alone else where
The gas pumps are obsolete and most often in disrepair. The tire inflator is worthless. The attendents are sometimes unhelpful. The gas prices are typically 5 to 10 cents more expensive than other nearby Shell stations. I do not recommend using this gas station unless you are about to run out of gas.
Do not go in this place. The clerk (older man) is crazy and should be put on a watch list for dangerous individuals. ZERO stars.
The manager is very rude and has a lot to learn about dealing with the public and providing quality service. Especially in this economy when I have been a loyal customer to the establishment, when I can just take my business elsewhere, where the employees are friendly. As I tried to explain what happened with a faulty product, causing a very dangerous situation, she cut me off and tried to blame me. Then when I corrected her and told her not to cut me off and had she let me finish, she got an attitude. Then she thought the whole thing was funny and wanted to stand in a stance that showed she wanted to fight. Good customer service is when you HEAR (LISTEN) the customer (not cut them off, it makes them even more irate), EMPATHIZE (not mock), APOLOGIZE (not accuse), RESPOND (address the concern for safety in this case, not laugh) and THANK the customer for in fact being a customer and giving you the opportunity to rectify the situation! NOT MAKE IT WORSE!
