I've been a National Emerald renter for 5 years now and love the quick, seamless, pleasant experience from getting off my flight to driving away from the airport. The only time I rent anywhere else is when I arrive somewhere overseas and all the National vehicles are taken. :)
Great service overall. They had a great selection of cars and customer service was outstanding. I was in and out of there in a flash.
I really enjoy the Emerald program. National makes car rental so super easy. The email reminders are helpful. They even emailed me when my drivers license was about to expire. They are good partners.
I frequently use the downtown Enterprise - the convenience is excellent (on major bus route) and the staff are always willing to address any concerns. There is a continuity of service - with several staff members working at the Superior location for years. This gives me confidence in their skills and knowledge. Thank you to Wallace, especially for the lift back to work - his son is one of the kids I have worked with in a preK classroom.
This was my first time renting a car and the representatives were very friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. I especially appreciated the offer to drive me home after dropping off the car. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a car, and look forward to renting from them in the future!!
The salesperson Antonio at Enterprise on Mayfield Rd was a perfect gentleman. He was warm and courteous and very helpful. He also referred me to the Enterprise car sales on Brookpark Rd where I purchase a brand new vehicle. Even though I have a new car, that will not stop me from renting at Enterprise on Mayfield Rd. As long as Antonio is there. I will continue to do business at that location.
Just arrived at Cleveland after reserving a Elantra over the web. No Elantras on hand, so got to pick my choice of any triple upgrade - great! - especially when combined with the special promo I had. People and cars were perfect, in fact I got a $10 additional credit when returning the car as I mentioned the gas tank (gauge) was noticeably more full after my filling it, than it was when I got it.
Excellent customer service. Fair number of car choices. Cars are well maintained. Manager works just as hard as associates.
The representative was very helpful in getting me a car. He answered all of my questions quickly to get me on the road, even working a little after closing time.
Great customer care and you can't beat the "We'll pick you up promise!". If anything goes wrong, they will try their best to make it better.
