This is an excellent childcare facility ran by a director with years of previous childcare experience. Members of my family are thrilled about their children attending Kiddie Kastle and we are always recommend this center. I give it 10 stars.
Creative Early Learning Center is a family owned business that makes you feel like family. My daughter has been going there for 4 years (since she …

I wish it was an option to give a negative star. As a former childcare teacher, assistant director who has received a AA in Early Childhood and soon a BA in March I was sadden to here that this facility misused my sister as a teacher and treated her than a human. If you have problem with a childcare facility you can call the BBB, as well as, the Ohio Family Job Family Service (OFJFS). Now that I am in the picture this will be resolved.
PLEASE do not even consider this facility for your child. My daughter was there for three days, and she was asked to leave because at 18 months she had to hold someone's hand to walk. The director and teachers (that I dealt with - not all) were extremely rude and heartless. The facility is rundown, not clean, and there is absolutely no security. Anyone can come and go. Staff were on their phones constantly. My daughter came home with red eyes for three days and they continually stated, "she got sunscreen in her eyes". Then when we were asked to leave they stated, "yeah she has been crying three days straight". They were not upfront and honest at all and even told me that my husband asked too many questions at drop off. Really?I am blessed to have been told to "stay home with her for a week and see if you can get her to walk". (from one of the directors) Even though having to deal with all of this was heart wrenching, my daughter is now in an amazing daycare where they have helped to diagnose my daughter with a gross motor delay. There are great places out there. PLEASE do not even consider this place as it is not safe for your child, physically or emotionally.
I would recommend this daycare to everyone! They are extremely patient, loving, and caring with each and every child and family. Conferences with the lead teacher happen several times in the year to review your child's progress. During this conference is where they aided in diagnosing my daughter with a gross motor delay. She is thriving at this facility and with this group of teachers. My family has struggled at times due to job loss and other financial situations, and they have assisted in coming up with a plan to ensure my daughter can continue to grow in their facility. I am so blessed to have found this facility to love and care for my child when I am at work! A+
Recently this place hired a teacher who left her children in the care of a self admitted drug addict who has two facebook profiles and one admits she's a drug addict and the other has constant posts about suicide and Disney. She hadn't seen her kids in two weeks, and had FULL knowledge that they would be put in a situation that could've turned DEADLY. The children, ages 2-6 years of age were in the back of a moving van with no ventilation on a day that's 80 degrees while their babysitter smokes cigarettes inside. When found the youngest was transported to the hospital and had to be lifeflighted to a Cleveland hospital. All of the children had ringworm, lice, bedbugs etc how sick and twisted is that! There are ways of vetting applicants just go on their facebook page, her children are shown in unkempt condition in a messy home. The children have been taken by social services. Also the first review seems like it's from a worker, or even the owner. I see their name tagged in a lot of different places reguarding this business. Very unethical reviews are for customers not the business owners to pad their business with false reviews.
Not the worst daycare, but definitely could be better. The children were being transported in the personal cars of the workers (which isn't a huge deal), but one day I arrived around 4:40 to pick my daughter up, she hadn't arrived yet after getting out of school at 3:40. The worker walks in with a milkshake in her hand and my daughter behind her. I asked my daughter why they were late, and she said, "Oh, the lady stopped for ice cream." So....you walk in the door late w/ my daughter because you needed ice cream and you also ate it in her face? I wouldn't say that all of the staff are like this, but they definitely need to reconsider some of them. The facility is nice, but the professionalism sucks.
If you want a great child care center who is very caring , safe , loving , very personable environment who treats all children the same know matter what or who or where they come from with excellent care. Then enroll in Kid'z Corner daycare center. my children has been going their since infancy and , still attend as school age they are still there because Kid'z Corner cares. By All IN to KID'Z CORNER a parent that cares
My experience with the business is wonderful because of the people and I like the environment. It is great
Take your kids out of here ASAP! They neglect your kids. My son went home every single day with dirty diapers. He cracked his face open so many times because he fell because thanks to the staff putting his shoes on the wrong way. And they would blame him!!!! He is 2 years old.!!! They are very understaffed and the director is a nightmare. I feel like my child never go treated well he would always scream and run after us when we would drop him off. At his new daycare he does not do that by any means. They are showed in the little small rooms and have limited amount of space to play. There is new staff every single week and they hire just random people. The girls are so rude and very aggressive towards the kids and all they do is yell. Its a bunch of morons running and working in this place. I cant believe I sent my child here I am so glad we got out and he is so happy at his new place. And these positive reviews you see on here are the director and her staff members.
Horrible daycare! They pay no attention to my child and my child always seems to be separated from the rest of the kids. Most of the children in the facility is related to the owner and workers.
