The customer service is horrible. Instead of being greeted with a friendly good morning, I was greeted with eye rolling as the only acknowledgement that I was waiting. I had to listen to the employees talk about how they would have unprofessionally handle a guest that wasn't sayified with the service they provided a few moments earlier. It took over an hour all together for me to receive service. 5 minutes for a supervisor to be called another 15 minutes for him to arrive to service me. Also when I let the customer service employee know that I had a reference number she shrugged her should and replied "so I don't know what that is" with a look as if she had a bad taste in her mouth. All the while as I waited the other employees where talking down on their guest and chanting "they forgot where we were/not at this Walmart/not in the steelyard" then carried on making violent threats amoungs each other about how they would harm a upset guest but using their select word choice.
Beside the terrible hours of operation, the pharmacists had no idea what they were doing and gave me wrong information each time I asked. They were very unhelpful and waited to fill my prescription until 5:50 (10 minutes before they close) despite the fact they received and processed it 4 hours beforehand.
They don't sell the item that I was looking for, other than that they were quite professional and polite to me.
I hurt my wrist and at the ER they told me to get a wrist brace. At the ER the nurse suggested I go to Buckeye Medical rather than take the one provided at the ER since the brace would be $250 at the hospital. I'm glad I did because the same brace at Buckeye Medical was under $50! Buckeye Medical is great and staff is very helpful.
Very helpful. This pharmacy has done nothing but please every aspect of my needs. People are friendly and welcoming. I wish they were open here years ago!
Terrible company! Wouldn't take the supplies upstairs for a disabled cancer patient. Then didn't deliver new supplies 2 weeks after they were ordered. Not very reliable or caring. Take your business elsewhere!
My father is out of oxygen in Dayton , Oh. We are from Tennessee. I was told by Buckeye rep that we are out of coverage area, and Buckeye can't help us. We did not mean to run out , but it happened. If my dad has problems before we get back home tomorrow , Buckeye will wish they had a better way of handling emergency situations then they do. They told me that dad needs a prescription to refill tank. today is Sunday. We cannot get one today. I am disappointed with how Buckeye considers my fathers health issues.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE NO MORALS AND THEY WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR BANKS WITH NO WARNING! they continue to take money from our accounts after we have called for the past two months telling them to stop. we have asked for paper bills to be sent but to no avail they take random amounts on random dates. This company must learn that to have a successful business they MUST OBEY their customer wishes
The staff is friendly. Medications are reasonably priced and they carry the Very High Calorie Boost my husband needs.
The pharmacist, Marian, is outstanding and the reason for the 4 star rating. She remembers our names, our preferences and is welcoming. Too bad there's not more of people like her!
