Focus on the whole child and not on mindless test taking and wrote memorization. I highly recommend this school

The experience my daughter is getting at Cleveland Montessori is irreplaceable! The care and support from the teachers and staff is amazing.
Cleveland Montessori has provided a solid educational foundation for my children. They are well rounded individuals who are able to follow their own interests and have the skills to get along in a variety of settings. It is a small school with potential for growth and has a good reputation for quality Montessori.
I have been very pleased -- both with the Montessori method of education and with the unique community here. My older children are in high school now and are both 'A' students - well prepared and able to think and act with great self-motivation and independence. I like the 'freedom with responsibility,' the well-prepared teachers, the beautiful and intelligently designed Montessori environment. This has it way over the 'command and control' traditional educational environment. I also like the social justice and faith community here -- using the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program to teach the Christian faith through hands-on materials, scripture and liturgy -- all involving the child personally in their own spiritual formation, rather than being 'talked at' by the teacher. And we all love the Little Italy neighborhood.
Cleveland Montessori is an Exceptional envirnment where children learn and discover the joys of learning. Children gain leadership skills while becoming compassionate and aware of the envirnment around them.
Brand New School located in Parma Heights. Great teaching staff. Great Program. I would recommend this High School.
Clean School, with great staff and teachers. They have alot of new programs that other schools in the area do not have.
This is the only school I went to in Cleveland. I started there in kindergarten and left two months before my sixth grade graduation. I remember my kindergarten teacher, first grade teacher and my sixth grade teacher. My sixth grade teacher was named Mrs. Kent and she had gone to Kent State University (before the shootings) and she talked about it often. I remember having trouble with fractions and Mrs. Kent made me stand next to her desk until I figured it out because she knew I could. I did! To this day I am a whiz at fractions and I remember her with much respect. I'm 61 now and of all the schools and universities I've been to this school held the most treasured memories.
The best decision I ever made. My child's behavior has changed. The curriculum is rich. Lots of friends have been made.
Great School for high excelling children. Amazing staff and such a fantastic secretary, Mrs. Bixler. A perfect school to consider for children all ages of preschool to 8th grade.
