I had a remote start put into my car by the folks at E&A. Quality work, good turnaround time, and friendly staff. I know 3 friends who've had work done here, also with great results. Where do you go nowadays to get personal service? The head guy (for the car alarms side of the business, think his name was Sam) gave me a five-minute tutorial on the remote start! Showed me some things about the system I had no idea it could do. Think you get that level of concern from a Big Box Retailer?

This is the best customer service that I have ever received since my adulthood. Bob handled my repair case, was very friendly, stayed in contact with me. The receptionist explained all charges and required signatures needed, was patient as I read document that needed to be signed. The environment was so relaxing and had a welcoming effect. I will always take my car here for body repairs. I wish they were a car repair shop.
My side window on my Toyota Previa shattered and I needed to find a replacement. I called Kash and they had the part with the same tint that I need. The guys there were really nice and they even stayed later just to make sure that the window was the correct size. Just understand it's a junkyard, it's not like walking in to walmart. But if you need a part for your car. chances are they will probably have it.
Excellent customer service. Everyone there was helpful and my salesman, Robert, was genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. Before purchasing I got to test drive my car as well as talk in detail about the car,which included the minimal work done to it, carfax and many other things. I purchased in November and received a call from them a month later just to make sure I'm enjoying the car.

"Emir is amazing!!" That's what the guys at Metro Lexus told me when I called about my ES needing an extra key. And after meeting him they are right!!- I think he even has a kitchen sink in the fortress he drives and calls a "van". If you want/or need a key, I'm pretty sure he has it in his truck.... this dealer performs a check on their used cars and will indicate in writing whats wrong with the car. there will be no need to have the car inspected by a mechanic. they offer a 5 day buy back or 30 day trade in option if you don't like the car, no other used car dealer offer this. i am very happy with the car i purchased.
I have not had a new car since 1996. Thought about leasing. Doug Mastaitis was very patient with us and explained everything or had someone else explain further questions. Great guy.
