I went in for dinner and I sat at the bar. Marina was amazing. She took excellent care of us. We will be back to see her soon

Great service...our server, Johnny Sir, was on time with all of our wants and needs. The food was great also.
I WAS VERY PLEASED!Parking is no problem. The food is really tasty. They offer half price on appetizers after 9:00 p.m. That is really a good deal for the price and the appetizers are delicious. The servers are respectful and make you feel comfortable. Will definitely keep going back!!
The food and drinks were delicious and the service was amazing! I had a really incredible time there. The overall experience was excellent!
Ordered food for delivery tonite. Food was warm upon arrival but...potatoes were overcooked and scorched...no cornbread was included. Half chicken was white meat only. They did add a cookie which I didnt order. Sauce was not included. I called for manager and was placed on hold forever. Just not represenative of previous experience at this restaurant. Terrible! Disappointed.
My husband and I are at Cleveland Clinic for several days. We checked reviews online and they were spot on - we LOVED the Urban Kitchen! We got out of our comfort zone and ordered an unfamiliar Egyptian dish. We were each going to order one, until the waitress kindly said that one serving would probably be enough for both of us. So glad that we listened, as it was plenty, leaving us enough room to take some delicious specialty cakes back to our room. The owner and his wife (our waitress) were both very outgoing and friendly. He brought us some complimentary cactus fruit to try, since we were already out of our comfort zones! 😊 The menu was very diverse, and reasonably priced. The Urban Kitchen is located conveniently to Cleveland Clinic and our hotel, so even with the plethera of other eateries in the city, we look forward to seeing Mohammed and Ella again while we're here!
Food is pretty good, but greasy and leaves you feeling a little gurgly inside because you know that you should be eating better! Staff is usually distracted or busy because they are always slammed with customers. Food is usually out pretty quickly though and hot. Their fries are pretty good. Sometimes you can experience long waits at this location on evenings and weekends. Plan ahead to make sure that you don't miss your movie over at the Cedar Lee. Also parking can be a pain so you may have to park behind the theater and walk over.
Stopped in to this location for the first time ever. When the guy behind the counter walked up he said "Can I take the next person in line's order?" Since I was standing AT the counter to order I thought that was me but apparently that was another gentleman who the staff knew by name. So I proceeded to order and went to order the chicken in dressing for my mom and asked for WHITE meat and the lady tells me she can't give me white meat because they don't have that. I pointed to the menu and said it says RIGHT there she says yeah we don't have that. So the guy says yeah don't use that menu.....(insert face palm here) So when everything I asked for wasn't available or I was told "Yeah we don't serve that at this location" I left and never returned. So I have no idea what their food tastes like but their customer service SUCKED
Smell of fresh buns, burgers, & cold cuts fills the air in this speedy suburban made-to-order delicatessen.....There’s plenty of parking & access to the deli that sits above the Rocky River MetroPark Stables & Mastick Woods Golf Course on top of Puritas Hill across from where Puritas Amusement Park once reigned supreme & on the corner of Grayton that races down to I-480 or the Cleveland Hopkins Airport. You can order your burgers, sandwiches, subs, or wraps & head on your way or visit any one of the many areas to sit, eat, & take in the picturesque nature views in “the valley” below. They offer great meal deals with sides, salads, or chips & a beverage. The food is fresh, and you can combine into a meal with a bag of chips & drink for a discount! The burgers were yummy. The subs were mouth-watering with tons of meat & toppings on fresh buns - way better than any atypical corporate chain. We tried the antipasto, macaroni, & potato salads, which were all good. The potato salad was a bit plain. The service is always timely, even during their “rushes” just don’t forget to tip the fine folks breaking, baking, & making it all. They usually inform of the deals & daily specials, but it doesn’t hurt to ask, they’re very friendly & patient. They do make it your way to compliment your special requests, and they are quick. The food is well worth it & much better than comparable competitors, plus the employees informed me that they also cater & provided me with a trifold menu. The convenient store also has great deals on most items that you might need on your “Pit Stop”!No time for photos of everything; we were too hangry!!!We would stop here as kids & grab snack, but this is my third try in the past few months & everything is still awesome!! I recommend a hot ham & American cheese (toasted) with light toppings & extra mayonnaise! Superb! You can taste all the flavors of the fresh bun, their ham is sliced deliciousness, American cheese is real (it’ll take you back in time to the good ole’ days), and their mayo sets it off just right! Well surpasses any fast food joints or those frozen meat sub chain locations!!
This was my first time ordering food from here. The chicken was chewy. The waffles tasted like bread. I will not be going back here. Not only was the food bad the customer service was just as bad. I brought the food back. Toni asked what did I want instead? I said I would just like a refund". He said " we don't do refunds just store credits. I have never heard of a restaurant that does not give refunds. Plus he's very rude and aggressive. Never again.
I have eaten her a few times for breakfast and lunch, both of which were excellent. Food was always cooked and seasoned well. Staff was friendly and attentive. Small Diner experience. Highly recommend.
