The bike shop offers more than just quality repairs, they also sell cheep products that are really good. You should visit this place soon.
I took my bike in to get some minor adjustments and they immediately fixed my issues. The customer service was awesome!!
I took my bike in jan to hav it ready in march pay in advance they never work with it they take my rims apart and any other place want to work with them now im stock with a bonch of new parts in my garage
Service was fantastic. The prices were comparable to anything you would find online. Great atmosphere in an old building with history.
The other review is pretty accurate. However, this isn't your typical bike shop. Yes, the guy is cooky and a bit odd, but he knows his bikes inside and out. He really isn't in the business to make money, yet he can fix anything and knows where every part is in the shop. You will not see any kind of organization, but he knows and when your bike is broke, he is one of the best! AND he usually doesn't even charge you for it. Stop by just to experience this.I didn't find him to talk down to people, but I know about bikes. So maybe he doesn't talk down to people as the other reviewer stated. He just needs to ask certain questions to find out what he can help you with. I spent 3 hours there one Saturday afternoon and I enjoyed the experience. I would also like to point out the first reviewer (Rick Romer) had over 900 reviews posted on YP. So that tells me he is most likely a paid reviewer or spammer. I find it hard to imagine, he utilizes so many legal and medical offices in just the Cleveland area.
Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They took a lot of time with me and answered a bunch of questions I had about fixing some problems on my Canondale. I also ended up buying a used bike from them for shopping etc. They checked it out, adjusted it, and it is wonderful. Also got a bunch of bike accessories there for my family's bikes.
