Precision Services is the Absolute Best! My now Husband and I currently reside in North Carolina and decided to get married in Ohio at the Beautiful Mooreland Mansion. Being that we both grew up and met in the state of Ohio we wanted to go back to where it all began and have a Winter Wedding. Due to last minute unforeseen weather conditions and the safety of our guests, we decided that we wanted to have a valet service assist with parking vehicles on our wedding day. We reached out to Precision Valet in hopes that they would be able to fit us in on such short notice. The owner was not only kind and understanding but he was so down to earth. He made us feel important from the very first phone call. He provided us with a very reasonable quote and we reserved our date with Precision Services. On our wedding day the staff were professional, personable and the guests were very happy with their customer service. They arrived on time and made sure that all guests who were interested in valet were serviced. At the conclusion of our wedding we were able to meet the owner face to face and he was just as great in person as he had been over the phone. This was my second go around with Midwest. The first experience was okay and when I found a Groupon good for two full details at good price I decided to try them again. The first vehicle went as expected and we got exactly what we paid for however the second vehicle was a disaster. The workers rely heavily on tips and after the first detail I tipped the gentleman and pretty large sum for his work. While there I talked to another gentleman about my upcoming detail for the second vehicle and potentially doing a compound buffing to the hood of my vehicle and he and I talked over what he could do. When I dropped off my vehicle for the second detail I specifically asked for the gentleman that I had spoken to the previous week to do the detail and left my keys with him. Later that day I received a phone call from the gentleman that did the first detail stating that their policy was to have whoever cleaned the first vehicle that they had to do all the vehicles for that customer. I told him to discuss this with the other detailer and work it out amongst themselves, and added that I just wanted done what I discussed previously. When I went to pick up my vehicle it was raining slightly so I was in a hurry to pick up. What I found after leaving was that the detailer had broken my glove box latch and failed to mention this to me, he also did a very poor detail overall as there are streaks all over the vehicle inside and out. Here's the absolute kicker and reason to be warned: A gas canister was found in the bed of my truck (not mine I might add) and a unexplained amount of mileage was added to my odometer which cannot be accounted for. I am usually the type of customer who won't complain and just never come back but this is a true safety issue so I called and talked to the owner who was not very empathetic at all. He stated that this was the second call this week about complaints similar to mine, I can't recall that he ever apologized but did say "this will be handled in a professional manner". There was never any talk of compensating me for the damaged glove box latch or any mention of anything else, just that the owner was taking classes and while he was out it seemed like the workers were doing whatever they wanted in the shop. Needless to say I will never go to Midwest again!
am writing because I have to let you know how disappointed I am in the Full detail I received on my 2012 Honda Civic this past Saturday 7-13-13. Let me start by saying that this is the second time I have gotten my car detailed here. I was thrilled the first time. My car looked better than the day I pulled it off the dealership lot. It shined and looked beautiful for several weeks later. This time is a different story. The job that was done on my car is amateur at best. First off the bumper looks horrible. It doesn't look like they put any effort in to remove the bugs or grime. The bumper and headlights are still covered with bugs and grime. I noticed when I picked the car up and I really regret not saying anything. I further regret tipping because it was not warranted. On further inspection, I am now starting to question wherever or not it was even waxed. There were water marks and streaks all over the bumper and car. If it was waxed this shouldn't be present. I feel like I have to go behind the work that was down and clean the bumper myself. Also the interior I don't think was fully detailed. I don't believe that the doors or dashboard was wiped down at all. In fact, I know they were not as there was a small dirt mark on the volume button that was still there when I picked the car up. The dashboard also still appeared dusty. I should have been worried as the first time I brought my car it was there the entire day. This time it was in 4 hours. I was called at 1:00 to pick up my car.It so upsetting as I know the work that you did in the past and this was the level I expected again. I feel like I could have done the job better. I think it was washed and vacuumed and that is about it. Also, I had a blanket on the seats that was balled up and some how had gotten wet, So I now need to wash that. There was also still dirt in the truck. To top it all off I had some quarters in the coin holder and they were stolen, mind you they left the pennies. I am just really upset and very disappointed, The first time I got it done I was signing your praises and was recommending your company to everyone. I will not be returning a third time and will caution others to have their cars detailed here. It is sad as I thought I found a place I could trust to take my car to be detailed on a regular basis. I have tried to reach the owner to resolve this issue and he is unresponsive. Wont respond to voice mail messages, email, facebook comments or feedback left via the website. I would highly recommend that you stay clear of this unprofessional business.
These folks did a GREAT job detailing my truck. They got out a stain that even the dealer couldn't get done. I thought the price was reasonable. Staff is very nice, and I especially appreciate their pick-up/drop off service (for an extra charge).
