Huge selection of goods that are hard to find locally, or even just in the general area anymore. The only thing I would say is not to depend on some of the staff in the Apple section of the store too much. The one gentleman became pretty aggressive about USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 discussions when I was looking for an adapter. Otherwise, the rest of the place is awesome!
I have been here a couple of times. The owner does a outstanding job. If you want the best, stop here.
All of there reviews are posted by workers or there family. Don't be fooled! They also use fake stickers on there pcb's, they order in bulk from China and have a list of all pcb sticker numbers and just create there own and sell it as a real one. Awesome company to do business with! Customer service is top notch! I had a desktop system put together for running a cad/cam system, and Elena was a huge help! I used to use Dell products, but not anymore. These guys are so easy to deal with. No run around, and getting transferred all over the place. My package came professionally packed, and it worked perfectly when I set it up!I I will continue to do business with them in the future.
I'm very tech savvy and immediately upon receiving mycomputer from ALLPCZONE/ COMPUTER LX it had one of the worse computer problems I have ever encountered! It hard freezes up to several times a day to where the screen is frozen, mouse, keyboard and power buttons do not work. I contacted technical support and was given the run around and stalled the entire 1rst year of my purchase. In addition I was told if I wrote a negative review it would void my warranty. Once the year was up I was on my own. I have had to replace the Motherboard, Psu, harddrive to a ssd, Ram, operating system and many more things. In the end none of these things fixed the issue. It turns out the computer had a bad Cpu/Processor. I was told by them to contact the manufacture, that was the end of them helping me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Buying from this company. I have barely been able to use this 800.00 dollar computer since I got it 14 months ago because of this problem. Also the technical service representative Edward was very rude.
My husband and I went to best buy just to purchase a few dvds for our date night and when we went to ring them out there was no one at the register. We were told by the customer service rep at the door to wait by the register. When the service rep at the door attempted to get us assistance the man behind the customer service counter thats close to geek squad commented unnecessarily 'if they cant read they cant shop' pointing to the sign on the register referring all customers to the customer service desk. If my husband and I was not told to stay there we wouldnt have stayed. As customers in the store we dont know what management does or how the store operates. That store and a lot of stores I have encountered in the cleveland heights mayfield university heights area LACK customer service. Being a nurse I know in detail how customer service can really affect a person's mood. Needless to say my husband and I wont ever go back to this tactless best buy. All it takes is one person to ruin it for the whole store. But a business is only as strong as its weakest link. #2thumbsdown
These guys are GREAT! Super knowledgable, fast and friendly. I would totally recommend them to anyone with an emergency repair.
They fixed our computer in just one day and it's acting like a brand new computer now. We were so happy we tell everyone about them.
Wow!!!! This man is a genius!!! Incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.I wish everyone still did business like this, where a handshake and your word was enough, and people didn't horde information for profit only.
