Came to the store to update my old I6 to I7, I was told that I also qualified for a black Friday deal - Ipad mini 2 for a $100 !!! Got the Ipad, swiped my credit card, left my autograph on the signature terminal and my new bill is more than double. 3 agents were helping me with the upgrade + Ipad for $100, none of them mentioned that Ipad comes with a two year contract, new line, activation fee and insurance.Went back to the store to talk with the manager, he did not help... promised to sent an email with my complain to the district manager who was supposed to get back to me within 24 to 48 hours - which never happened!!!Reported as a fraud to my bank,.Save your time, money and AVOID this store !!!
We had a very pleasent time at verizon wireless. Our helper was Bob and he was very kind, fast and, professional. Our experience there lead to a new phone and a happy costumer.

They need to be brought up on charged ms by the FCC! I bought a cradle/ case for my Samsung Galaxy s5 and it was difficult to pop in and out of the cradle. I tried to return it but they said that there are no refunds on phone accessories. It's on the bottom of the receipt. Fine. I had it for less than 24 hours and no damage was inflicted upon the merchandise. Not even store credit! I was going to switch to there service, but after that fiasco at the Cricket store on 5162 Pearl Rd, Cleveland, OH 44129 and reading the reviews, I think not! So, if you have Cricket Cellular the you're one of the few lucky ones! Those thinking of switching I'don't rethink it and read the rewiews. Thank you for viewing and good luck.

I was very unimpressed with the service o received in this store . Stay away from it if you can . I was double charged for an iPhone & was told my refund would be back the next day . I received the run around for 3 weeks & was only taken care of when I threatened to come up to the store & talk to someone . The staff is rude & inattentive & preoccupied with unprofessional things . I would never recommend this store to anyone & I wish I had never dealt with that store in the first place
I went in person to get a translation of my high school diploma. I asked the lady at the front desk about the price and she said she didn't know. I asked to talk to a manager and she said she wasn't there that day. Later the manager came by and I talk to her and she said it was $45 per page and mine would be two pages but she would only charge $60. They also told me that my transcript is going to be done in 7 to 10 business days. On the thirteenth day my wife called to ask for an update and they told her that I had picked them up. I had never gone in to pick them up and when we told them that they said they had sent them awhile ago. We told them we'd never received anything and asked if we could pick them up in person. They said they don't have copies but then said that they had a copy I could pick up. When I went there they handed me one page not 2. I asked to talk to a manager because I had paid for more than one page. She asked why I wanted to talk to a manager and then told me that I couldn't talk to her.
My husband and I went to best buy just to purchase a few dvds for our date night and when we went to ring them out there was no one at the register. We were told by the customer service rep at the door to wait by the register. When the service rep at the door attempted to get us assistance the man behind the customer service counter thats close to geek squad commented unnecessarily 'if they cant read they cant shop' pointing to the sign on the register referring all customers to the customer service desk. If my husband and I was not told to stay there we wouldnt have stayed. As customers in the store we dont know what management does or how the store operates. That store and a lot of stores I have encountered in the cleveland heights mayfield university heights area LACK customer service. Being a nurse I know in detail how customer service can really affect a person's mood. Needless to say my husband and I wont ever go back to this tactless best buy. All it takes is one person to ruin it for the whole store. But a business is only as strong as its weakest link. #2thumbsdown
misinformed me of stock in store. when asked to cancel transaction, associate promised me it was taken care of when it wasnt. also was not told that it takes up to 5 business days to reverse an order and reset upgrade eligibility. i used to work for sprint and i never heard that before. i will never step foot in this store again or do business in any sprint retail center ever again.
