Horrible work! Hired to install vinyl sheeting in kitchen. Refused to glue it down even when I contacted three times to let him know of large air bubbles between floor and vinyl. Had to hire someone to come glue it down. Installed tub surround and one month later it was coming apart at seams and coming away from wall. Hiring someone Monday to come repair. Wood flooring is coming apart. Cheap price but extremely shoddy work. Go with someone who does quality work at a fair price.

From the moment my husband and I decided to replace our doors and windows, we knew Renewal by Andersen was the way to go. From start to finish, our experience was high quality and exceeded standards. i hired Jimmy to finish a basement. the contract was to finish it within a 6 month period, cash payments as I did not want to incur a large amount of debt. contract was signed; the basement was a little over half done and he left me high and dry. work was not completed, no show, no call and i had to hire another contractor to complete the job. do NOT hire this individual!
al ashcroft owes me $100,000 in a lawsuit for destroying my house. everything has to be redone. he owes the federal government $16,000 for false tax documents. i have copies. he is working under the table and refuses to pay me a dime due to wage garnishment. he has ripped off his tenants in a fradulant land contract. he has a warrent out for his arrest according to the cuyahoga county court docket. he claims he has no money to pay me. this lawsuit originated in 2007. if anyone knows where he is working contact me email@example.com. he owes several people thousands of dollars . he owes audrys deli on state rd $2000 and has not paid them a dime. He even owed his attorney money for non payment according to parma court docket. my house is still falling apart from his faulty work

Screw Joe! I worked for him in 2014 and only saw $60 come from him! The owner of the house I was working on with the rest of the crew we all got 100 bucks from him. Joe is a piece of trash. He'd make up excuses every week on why he couldn't pay and it got to the point where there was too much money on the table to just leave. He'd have the nerve to get mad at you if you were upset about not being able to feed yourself or put gas in your car to get to work. As the employer he should of been paying me to enable that. All he would do is bark orders, be on his phone, breathing heavy while smoking a cigarette. He never did work and got paid for someone else's hard work.

I am a facilities manager and have been using Halusker Electrical Systems for over 12 years. Allan Halusker is a very pleasant, meticulous, honest person and whatever work he does is done properly. He also does a great job of scheduling his work load so his clients get attended to in a timely manner.
He couldn’t handle it because he is a one man operation. He started work on the house December 2014. Per the bank he completed the project on 11/1/2015. He had to finish the project before the bank would distribute any funds. He was down to the last draw on the bank and did not have the money to complete the job. I had to take funds out of my pension to give him, which created tax bracket increase and tax penalty with my income taxes.His work started off good but didn't finish well. Some things he did well but other things were not done well at all. He built a closet for my shoes – not one shelf – where were the shoes going to be placed. The job on the deck was sub-par. There was one coat skimming place on top – the tuck points are still open. The patio will not pass city inspection.The sliding closet doors are cut to short the doors would be above the guides. His solution was to buy some wood, place it under the guides and leave it sticking out under the door. .
