        I recently took out a new auto policy through the Jennifer Sommers Greer Nationwide Insurance Agency in Cleveland Heights on South Taylor Rd. It was one of the most delightful customer service experiences I have had in a longtime. Both the Agency President Jennifer and the Associate Agent Kathi Johnson, bent over backwards to assist me with getting my policy and paperwork completed, so I was driving insured within minutes. They explained everything step by step and then asked me important questions like, "What can we do to make the process easier for me? Outstanding professional, patient service. I will highly recommend my family and friends to utilize Jennifer Sommers Greer Nationwide, as their future insurance agency. You will not regret the decision. A+
