I regretted going there. They were ridiculously slow in everything and ill-mannered. I almost felt that they were slacking up purposefully. Who needs 20 minutes to scan a document that's only 4 pages? The other employees were at least smiling. The supervisor had a I-HATE-YOU face all the time and was extremely inefficient whenever her signature was needed. She had to call her supervisor so many times for things that she didn't know. They spent an hour and 20 minutes in just getting my license renewed. How did you become a supervisor on this site when you were so ignorant about your job? I saw other people were accepted in a good manner by the other employees. So I'm giving this one star here to just the woman that seemed to be the supervisor. I wish I had her name and I had a zero star option for her.
It's extremely unfortunate that the two girls ( one being a supervisor ) were ever hired. I left without doing what I entended to do because of their AWFUL,GHETTO,attitudes. I was very kind to the supervisor asking her about her day etc and another unfortunate employee was whispering about my ( too cheerful) attitude. I so badly wish I had their names. It's RIDICULOUS you both feel too good to do THE SIMPLE work you're paid to do. Why work in customer service if you lack the skills and CLEAR ease to complete easy tasks with a positive attitude. I'm so sorry for inconveniencing you both. I will NEVER use this location again. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES!!!!!
