I have been trying to get service and they never answer or only answer once every other week for over a month now. They said they have to install better equipment and I will have service next week after week. Next week came up as usual and they won’t answer my calls and it’s been 3 weeks since!!This company is ran by a guy named Robert Kelly on Pine Island rd. He has a horrible run business, unreliable, and not credible with what has been happening. After reading this past review left I can confirm how crappy this customer service is and the company. I agree go to an alternative and don’t be stuck, if you can’t.... good luck with the adventure!
This place is ridiculous no one ever picks up the phone. When you send in a pick up request you might have your packages picked up, you might not. When you take the time to go online and request a pick up that never happens it is ridiculous! Why is it so difficult to find the postmaster here? That person as well as all staff should be fired- immediately. They don't care, they are pleasant enough but can't seem to get a simple job done. I am very unhappy with this area post office!
Worst post office ever! Twice we have been there and we're turned away. If it's 5:59 and your door in unlocked, you are still open. Customer service is awful. They need a 24 hour automated machine to replace the rude workers who don't adhere to their own office hours.
Absolute worst post office ever. The supervisor (some unprofessionally dressed dreadlocked, ignorant fool) is by far the rudest person I have ever seen. God bless affirmitave action...they need to clean house over there.the supervisor also is the most lazy worker I have ever seen.
Always courteous and professional. Employees are very friendly! It's not the closet post office to me, but the extra time is worth it.
Worker in red vest (middle aged female with mid-length dark hair) is mean, snide and condescending. Treated me as if I was an imbecile for asking a question. Woman behind the counter is apathetic at best. If you like being abused by hostile employees on a power trip, this is your post office!
Was told it would be 3 months, then 6 months, but it ended up being over a year before I got service. During that time they told me I wasn't being patient(I only contacted them once a week, then once every two weeks), they told me to reset my expectation to it would be ready... when it was ready, and all I ever did was complain. When it was finally available it never worked right in the mornings, and also had problems at night several times a month. During this whole process I received the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. As an example I lost service for 3 days, and when I asked for a credit against the $120 month for 10/2, they told me no one had ever asked for that, and that I wouldn't be getting it. They KNOW you have no other options if you want real time unlimited data for gaming (which they ridiculed me about), so they don't give a s*** about you. I have finally left there area, and no longer need their service, but if you have ANY other option... pick that!!
Get these people off my payroll. They simply don't care, don't pickup when flag is up, don't answer phone. Fire the postmaster and his staff.
I am very happy with Airmax Internet. Even in storms the service is solid and super fast. Unlimited service, no tax, and no term contract. They installed two days after I called them. Pretty nice.
