So, my whole life I've had very fine but plentiful hair. I've done it long, medium, short, dyed and highlighted. I've mostly always come away happy but slightly disappointed knowing I'd never be able to really make it look as good as that first day again. Everything has changed! I went to Grace's Kut Upz and Amanda really rocked my hair. Not only do I feel confident that my hair is going to look amazing every day, but I also have the happy knowledge that Amanda will know what I can do to fix my hair if I need it to. (Heads Up, You won't!)

I went there today for the first time. This will be my salon. Very friendly atmosphere, reasonable prices and Shanaz was great. Try it and you will see for yourself. Shanaz knows her stuff. I will not go anywhere else
Such a great salon, literally the best in Clermont, FL. All the stylists are super talented and knowledgeable. I'd be comfortable going to ANYONE there. They even offer beer, wine, etc upon coming in!
Oui only knows how to do 2 different hair cuts using damaging razors god forbid you ask for anything else not using razors, be prepared to have your hair butchered.. My family and i have been coming to her for 5 years yet when calling for an appointment she gives me one 2 weeks away i decided to change up my hair style what she did was completely different than the picture I showed her when I went back the next day to ask her to trim a little off the ends to have it fall better she said I would need to make another appointment 3 weeks away and pay for another cut. What kind of place doesnt care if their customers are satisfied with the service they provide? Oui has no value for loyal customers since she opened this shop she has been rude and greedy. While getting my hair cut yesterday a lady came in begging for a wash and blow out because she missed her appointment Oui refused and as soon as the customer left her and her other employee began laughing at her... I'll never come back to this place I have recommended her to so many people and this type of treatment is completely unacceptable. Clearly Oui doesn't care for new or old clients since she claims to always be "so busy". Also every time I come to get a haircut she charges me a different price this time I came with my hair already washed and straightened and ask for a dry cut she somehow charged me $35 when I first started coming to her it was $20... she is greedy and has horrible customer service only come here of you want to be surprised by your bill and have your hair butchered and then be expected to pay for another cut.
They are so professional, and all the staff is so friendly, and I have always enjoyed every visit that I have had there! They always listen to what I want and have great suggestions when I'm looking for something new to do! There's no other place I'd rather go to and I always suggest flying scissors to any of my friends when they are looking for a new salon!
BEWARE THEY ARE REOPENING UNDER A NEW NAME "CLOVE" probably because of all the bad reviews and complaints they have ?I wanted to post a photo of the mess I am left with after spending 470$ at this salon on their Facebook page. Unsurprisingly they have blocked anyone from posting photos on their page,and after reading many other bad reviews I now know why. I was supposed to have rose gold ombré and I also got a keratin treatment. After washing with the expensive products they insisted I purchased in order to "guarantee" the treatment my hair was left brittle and dry. I'm talking a good 4 inches of damage ! It's fried. They wanted me to sign a release form and pay to have it notarized in order to get a refund. Where is the logic in that?! I have to pay to get a refund ?! They would not budge on the issue and when I told the owner I would be going to the media with this she told me she will be printing out all of my reviews and showing her attorney and that it will come back to bite me! Sorry but I've already been bitten by a hair disaster , not much more you can do to me.Not to mention they took back the product I returned and never gave me a refund because they refused to do 2 seperate refunds and wanted refund services and product together. So now almost 500$later I have fried hair and no product. I will be contacting avedas corporate office next and the news. I hope I save someone else from the emotional distress of having their hair ruined and then being treated like a problem.
Love this place after being there one time I feel at home. The ladies are fun to talk to and can speak English and Spanish! So I fear right at home! This place is clean and has the colors that are up to date. The lovely lady taking care of me took her time and let me know each step of the way if I was ok with what she was doing. Thank you ladies al for a great look and fun morning.
I would not go back she didn't do a good job on my granddaughters hair its 2 colors and it looks light red not blonde and they cut it wrong and then charge me 155.00 for her hair my granddaughter was disappointed. but they we nice but made me feel like she was going to charge a lot .
WORST SALON I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I asked for an experienced stylist and the stylist they gave me (Sarah P.) has only 3 yrs. - I don't know about you but I don't consider that experienced. Just the same, I gave her a chance and she gave me the worst haircut I've had in 20 years. I went back to the salon the next day and asked to speak with a manager. She wasn't there so I asked that she call me - which she never did. I was going to chalk it up to a bad experience (we all have them) until I got a postcard in the mail about how my "happiness really matters" to them. So I called the salon and spoke with the manager Connie. I explained what happened and she set an appointment for me to see Jessica. I go to the salon the day of the appointment and was greeted by the receptionist who instructed me to sit down and she would "let someone know" I was there. I sat down and observed her placing a piece of paper on what looked like an empty station. After waiting for 15 minutes without being acknowledged by a stylist, I looked around to see three stylists: one applying foil highlights and two with patrons with wet hair being cut. Clearly, no one was ready to see a new client so I left. I called the salon the next day to speak with the manager Connie and was told she wasn't in. I called the day after that and was asked to hold. When the girl (Megan) got back on the phone she said she was told to tell me "there was nothing else they could do for me." I asked again to speak with Connie and she told me she wasn't there. When I asked when she would be there, Megan said Connie was in and out and she didn't know when she’d be there. I told her they sucked and hung up the phone. Other than Connie, who seemed genuine, as far as I can tell the staff is snobby, inconsiderate 20 somethings who think they are better than everyone and don’t know what customer service is or how to cut hair. Do yourself a favor and DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
I had an excellent service very kind & the owner did my high-lights & cut my hair great over all! I have been to so many salons & this was great for me!!
