Deplorable Customer Service The doctors are very nice, whenever they finally do get to see you. I believe this medical center "double books" so most times I wait in the waiting room for more than an hour. Lynn, and all of the other assistants that answer the phone are incredibly rude. I called because I am very ill and requested assistance with getting my medicine refilled. She promptly transferred me to the nurse's voice mail which is ok. However I did call back just to inquire if someone could help me today. She very rudely said "they are rooming busy rooming patients right now." Then I simply asked the name of one of my medications so I could get it refilled and she so disrespectfully said, "Again, what's your last name?" Her tone of voice was so agitated like she wished I never called. When she finally told me the name of the medicine, she then said "Did that answer your question now?" I understand that they might be busy and understaffed but I believe NO THOUGHT has been put into the customer service experience. I stay because the doctors are very nice, but if they want to keep patients they need to train the front desk staff.
Horrible place. My Dr. faxed script for MRI to them. They called me to make appt. 2 wks ago. I called day before, cause I didn't get conf. call. They said they have nothing, not my DOB, no fax from Dr. nothing. I confirmed Dr. DID send to them, you personally called me! FInally she realizes that her girl reversed my date of birth. THEN continues to tell me, ins. girl left message and cxl my appt. cause my ins was out of network. WRONG, WRONG WRONG AGAIN! They NEVER called and left message, they ARE in my network....Never again. They are a night mare. Please don't waste your time.... I'm going to Clermont Radiology.
Not only do they bill incorrectly, they will send you to a colection agency if you do not pay what is on the statement, get yourself another office. There are plenty in Clermont, fl
just went there today, 01/05/16, for liver and kidney ultrasound . kidney wasn't done due to of course a mistake on the part of the lady who scheduled me. the thing is wow, your front desk manager doesn't deserve to be a manager at all, she is rude , doesn't have any patience of talking to patient and most of all she is acting like she owns the place, I will not be going to that damn place again.
I can not say enough good things about my doctor (Dr. Gary Winfrey). Takes all the time you need, never makes you feel rushed, and takes you seriously. BUT the office leaves a lot to be desired. Have tried for three days to return THEIR phone call. All I get is ringing, once in a while a busy sign. But it will ring 40 times with no one picking up...and no answer machine to leave a message! Have tried the # the person left me, plus the direct office line. Impossible to get thru. I have no idea why they were calling and find it very worrisome and frustrating...not to mention time consuming! Not the way to run any business, but especially a medical practice.

They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and have really reached out to our residents who needed help with their pain and injuries.In addition, we have also received many compliments about the outstanding service they received. I have one friend who was in a bad car accident, and was in extreme pain, but now she is feeling wonderful. I made an appointment to visit myself for my neck and lower back pain. I have been a patient at Michaux Family Chiropractic for six months and have had a wonderful experience. I was new to chiropractic and did not know what to expect. I went for the initial consult hoping there may be something they could do to help me avoid knee surgery and from there we discovered a neck issue which is now showing great signs of improvement. I appreciated Dr. Kurt’s educational approach to explain the goals and expectations which their practice could achieve through adjustments and exercises. The doctors are very knowledgeable in a variety of health and wellness areas which lend itself to a more holistic approach to one’s health. The structure of the practice has also worked very well for me with my busy schedule as I can walk in without an appointment. The office staff is warm and friendly. They go out of their way to create a caring environment that you want to visit, which of course, is conducive to your health.
I’ve been very happy with this chiropractor. I like that it’s quick and I can do exercises at home. Doctors Kurt and Lance care about the person they are treating and not just the condition. That makes a big difference in the care you receive. I highly recommend this office.
