You will think that they are honest, but don't be fooled. They will say what is wrong with your car without really looking at it, then they will charge you more money. All the time acting like they care, I do not know how they stay in business

Two bad experiences. Vehicle had to repaired again at another shop to fix the damages caused by shoty workmanship. They lost a long time customer.

We have been taking our vehicles to Roger and his guys for three years now. They are always straightforward in their diagnosis and Roger ALWAYS remembers my name, make and model of my car and what the last repair was. There work is solid, though they do sometimes leave the car messy, but they are so helpful in finding me a loaner or driving me home. I will continue to take my car here as long as I can. They don't cut corners, but they do try to save me money where they can, sometimes just eating the cost of something unexpected because the total is more than what they originally quoted me.

I took my Dodge Durango to Roger Marion solely based on the reviews I read in City Search. Bar none the worst automotive mistake I've ever made. What I got was the most rude unprofesional service I've ever encountered in my 38 years of driving. Mr. Marion treated me as if I was a problem rather than a customer from the very first second he met me in his parking lot.
If I had not had to have my car towed to his place I would've turned and left immediately! I came back to check on my car the evening of the day I left it hoping for a better encounter and all I got was more rude behavior. I thought this must be some sort of a reality show that was testing me to see how much abuse I could stand.
The next day my car was ready and when I got there to pick it up I got yet another surprise. My car was there to have a cross threaded thermostat housing bolt repaired and the thermostat replaced. I had brought Mr. Marion the radiator hose, thermostat, clamps, radiator cap and two gallons of anti freeze. Instead of re-threading the cross threaded bolt he drilled a hole the casing and put a nut and bolt in place. He replaced the lower radiator hose, the thermostat and put my new cap on. Probably about an hour and a half worth of work. He charged me $225.00 in labor to put my supplied parts on and drill one small hole instead of re-threading the hole.
I've worked around cars all my life and I do know something about them. This guy should wear a mask and carry a gun. I can't understand the previous reviews unless all these people are relatives of Mr. Marions or on his payroll. Go somewhere else to get work done on your vehicles!

Best Auto Repair Shop in the World!

We have three older Volvos and an older Subaru and Roger and his crew have been absolutely fantastic at keeping them in good shape. Their prices are very reasonable and they always try to save us money when they can. They are very ethical and honest and you can trust what they tell you. Their work has always been perfect, and they go out of their way to provide impeccable customer service. If you have an auto repair issue, call and talk to Roger or Dave and they will know how to help you. I wish there were more businesses like this!

Best Automotive Repair Shop

I've done bussiness with Roger for over 15 years and he and his staff has done a superior job while performing different tasks on my vehicles such as rebuliding a tranmission, tune up, alternator. You see I just do not trust anyone to work on my cars. Roger and his staff has proven to trustworthy. Roger Marion gives back to the community and I encourage you to give him a try.
